Կառավարությունը հիմնավորեց, թե ինչու է դեմ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի շեմը բարձրացնելու նախագծին

Կառավարությունը բացասական եզրակացություն տվեց ԱԺ պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության կարգով ներկայացրած «Նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի մասին ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ: Դրանով առաջարկվում է 2016 թ. հուլիսի 1-ից նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի չափը սահմանել 65000 դրամ՝ գործող 55000 դրամի փոխարեն, և, դրա հետ կապված, վերանայել և սահմանել օրենքի 2-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված գործավարձով ու ժամավճարով վարձատրվող աշխատակիցների համար ժամային տարիֆային դրույքների նոր նվազագույն չափերը:
ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալկան հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը նշեց, որ նախագծի ընդունումը կհանգեցնի ՀՀ պետբյուջեից լրացուցիչ ծախսերի անհրաժեշտության (մոտավոր գնահատմամբ տարեկան հաշվարկով կկազմի առնվազն շուրջ 13 մլրդ դրամ), ինչպես նաև համայնքների բյուջեների ծախսերի գծով լրացուցիչ հատկացումների անհրաժեշտության: «Նվազագույն աշխատավարձը վերջին տարիներին 32 հազար դրամից հասել է 55 հազարի: 2016 թվականի հուլիսի մեկից նախատեսվում էր նվազագույն աշխատավարձը բարձրացնել մինչև 65 հազար դրամ, սակայն տնտեսական ցուցանիշների հետևանքով այդ խնդիրը հետաձգվել է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Ասատրյանը:
