Տարիներ շարունակ տարբեր մակարդակներում խոսվել է մեր երկրում գործող հզոր ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի գոյության մասին: Բազմիցս ցուցադրվել են հայրենական արտադրության տեխնիկական միջոցները, որոնք իրենց հնարավորություններով չեն զիջում համաշխարհային անալոգներին, որոշ դեպքերում էլ անգամ գերազանցում են դրանց: Սակայն ապրիլյան 4-օրյա պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ մեր ռազմաարդյանաբերական համալիրը, մեղմ ասած, այն չէ, ինչի կարիքն այսօր ունենք: Հակառակորդի կողմից կիրառված տեխնիկական միջոցներն ու զինատեսակները այնպիսի մակարդակի էին, որ կարելի էր համարել, թե Ադրբեջանը 21-րդ դարի պատերազմ էր վարում: Թեև այդ զինատեսակնրի կիրառման վայերն ու ուղղությունները այնքան էլ նպատակային չէին, այնուհանդերձ, դրանց առկայությունը մարտի դաշտում տեխնիկական բարձր հագեցվածության փաստ է: Այս ամենին մեր զինված ուժերը հակադրեց թերևս նախորդ դարաշրջանի զինատեսակներ, որոնք գերժամանակակից համարել, իհարկե, չենք կարող:

Այսպիսով, կարող ենք ասել, որ թեև մեր ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրը գտնվում է զարգացվածության բարձր մակարդակի վրա, սակայն, դրա հետ մեկտեղ, բանակը գերժամանակակից միջոցներ չի ստանում: Սրա թիվ մեկ պատճառն այն է, որ ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրին ուղղվող ֆինանսավորումը բավարար չէ նմուշները մասայական արտադրության հոսքագծում ներդնելու համար, այսինքն՝ մեր գիտատեխնիկական կենտրոնների կողմից ստեղծվում են համապատասխան տեխնիկական միջոցներ, փաստացի ունենում ենք դրանք, իչպես նաև ունենում ենք ցանկացած պահի արտադրելու հնարավորություն, սակայն արտադրության կազմակերպման պահը այդպես էլ չի գալիս:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև հակառակոդի կողմից այս ուղղությամբ իրականացված քայլերը կասկած չեն թողնում, որ այսօր արդեն ժամանակի հրամայականն է անցում կատարել ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի նոր մակարդակի, որն իրենից կներկայացնի ոչ թե ուսումնասիրող և փորձարկող մակարդակ, այլ արդեն թողարկող և մատակարարող: Լինելով գիտատեխնիկական և տեղակատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նման զարգացվածության մակարդակում՝ մենք պարզապես պարտավոր ենք ապահովել մեր բանակին ամենաժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցներով: Դիտարկման համակարգեր, ԱԹՍ-ներ, ռադիոկապի և տեղորոշման համակարգեր, տարբեր սենսորներ ու նման այլ սաքավորումներ, որոնց թողարկման փաստացի հնարավորությունը ունենք, պետք է լիովին ապահովված լինեն մեր բանակում և դրանց պակասի կամ սակավության մասին խոսք անգամ չլինի:

Սա այն համակարգն է, որին կարող ենք և պարտավոր ենք անցնել, քանզի միայն այս մակարդակի անցնելու պարագայում հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել մարդկային ավելի մեծ կորուստներից և դրա հետ միասին ապահովել մյուս գործընթացների բնականոն ընթացքը:

Իսկ վերջում, կատարելով մի փոքր պատմական ակնարկ, հիշենք, թե ինչպես Արցախյան պատերազմի տարիներին հայաստանյան արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունները բազմակողմանի գործունեություն էին ծավալում՝ ռազմաճակատին ապահովելով ինչպես զինամթերքով ու տեխնիկական միջոցներով, այնպես էլ գիտության բնագավառի բազմաթիվ նորամուծությունները կիրառելով պատերազմի դաշտում: Նման օրինակները բազմաթիվ են և շատ ուսուցողական մեր օրերի համար:
