Կոշտուկները բուժելու մի քանի բնական միջոցներ

Կոշտուկներն իսկապես ցավոտ են, դրանք սովորաբար ի հայտ են գալիս կոշիկների պատճառով: Բարեբախտաբար, գոյություն ունեն այնպիսի բնական միջոցներ, որոնք օգնում են վերականգնել ոտքերի մաշկը: myhealthyadvices կայքը ներկայացնում է դրանցից մի քանիսը:

Թեյի ծառի յուղ- Այս յուղը կանխարգելում է ինֆեկցիաներն ու արագացնում է բուժման գործընթացը: Թեյի ծառի յուղի 3 կաթիլը խառնեք մեկ ճաշի գդալ բուսական յուղի մեջ, բամբակը թրջեք այս լուծույթի մեջ և զգուշորեն մերսեք վնասված հատվածները: Թողեք մնա 10 րոպե, ապա լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Օրական 3 անգամ կատարեք այս գործողությունը, մինչև կոշտուկներն անցնեն:
Գերչակի յուղ– Այս յուղը հանգստացնում է ցավը: Այն խթանում է կոլագենի արտազատումը և փափկեցնում ու առողջացնում է մաշկը: Գերչակի յուղը քսեք կոշտուկին, թողեք մնա ամբողջ գիշեր:
Ատամի մածուկ- Ատամի մածուկը ևս օգնում է կոշտուկների դեպքում: Այն պարունակում է սոդա, հիդրոգեն երկօքսիդ, ալկոհոլ և անանուխ, որը նվազեցնում է քորը ու չորացնում է կոշտուկը: Փոքր քանակությամբ ատամի մածուկը քսեք բորբոքված հատվածին և թողեք մնա նվազագույնը 2 ժամ:
Ալոէ վերա- Ալոէն պարունակում է բժշկական տարրեր և հրաշալի կերպով բուժում է մաշկային խնդիրները, ներառյալ՝ ոտքերի կարմիր կոշտուկները: Այն խոնավեցնում է մաշկն ու նվազեցնում է այտուցվածությունը: Այն նաև հանգտացնում է բորբոքային պրոցեսները: Ալոէի գելը քսեք հենց կոշտուկի վրա, կամ կարող եք գելը խառնել վիտամին E-ով կամ ինչ-որ յուղով և քսել կոշտուկին: Օրական 2-3 անգամ կրկնեք պրոցեդուրան և կնկատեք, թե ինչպես է կոշտուկը վերանում:
