Կարեն Քոչարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
2015թ փետրվարի 12-ից հետո լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե ինչպես եմ վերաբերվում Սերժ Սարգսյանի այդ քայլին (խոսքը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելու մասին էր), ասացի որ շատ լավ եմ վերաբերվում: Ավելին, այդ քայլը ուշացած էր, բայց եթե նման կերպով չվարվի նաև ՀՀԿ բոլոր օլիգարխների հետ, ապա այդ քայլերը կոպեկի արժեք չեն ունենա և դա կդիտարկվի լոկ միջանձնային հարաբերությունների հարթությունում: Անցել է ընդամենը մեկ տարուց մի քիչ ավելի: Հիմա մենք ունենք բոլորովին այլ իրականություն: Եվ այս իրականության մեջ, երբ հասարակության պահանջը շատ ավելի հստակ է ձևակերպվում, նորից կարող եմ ասել
