««Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները սպառողին մատակարարվող էլէներգիայի սակագնի խնդրի լուծման երկու տարբերակ են քննարկում: Ինչպես հայտնել էինք՝ ի սկզբանե որոշվել էր, որ էլէներգիայի սակագինը կթանկացնեն 6-7 դրամով: Մյուս տարբերակը, որը վերջին օրերին է քննարկման թեմա դարձել, էլէներգիայի գործող սակագինը նույնը թողնելն է: Երկու տարբերակների դեպքերում էլ, սակայն, ՀՀ իշխանությունները միևնույն ժամանակ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» համար պետք է լրացուցիչ եկամուտներ ապահովեն: Այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար որոշել են զսպել էլէներգիա արտադրող խոշոր ընկերությունների սակագների բարձրացումը: Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանը», «Հրազդան ՋԷԿ»-Ը, «Հրազդանի 5-րդ էներգաբլոկը», «Երևան ՋԷԿ»-ը և Սևան-Հրազդան կասկադը դիմել են ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին՝ իրենց կողմից արտադրվող էլէներգիայի սակագները բարձրացնելու համար:

 «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ի մասով արդեն իսկ քաղաքական որոշումը կայացվել է, ըստ այդմ, ատոմակայանի էլէներգիայի գինը ոչ միայն չի թանկանա, այլև, ընդհակառակը, մոտ 10 տոկոսով կէժանանա: Ենթադրվում է, որ մյուս ձեռնարկությունների դեպքում ևս համանման մոտեցում կարող է կիրառվել: Այս ճանապարհով ՀԾԿՀ-ն փորձում է հող նախապատրաստել, որպեսզի, առանց սպառողին մատակարարվող էլէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնելու, ՀԷՑ-ի շահույթն ավելանա: Այսինքն՝ հոսանք արտադրողները ՀԷՑ-ին էժան էլէներգիա վաճառեն: Ենթադրվում է, որ առաջիկայում ՀԾԿՀ-ն պաշտոնապես կհրապարակի էլէներգիա արտադրողների հայտերի առնչությամբ իր դիրքորոշումը, ըստ այդմ, արդեն հասկանալի կլինի, թե ՀԷՑ-ի խնդրի լուծումը որ ուղղությամբ կընթանա»,– գրում է թերթը։
