Ծնողի պնդմամբ՝ աշակերտին աչքից զրկած ուսուցչուհին ընդամենը կվճարի 200 հազար դրամ տուգանք (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOՍևանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանն այսօր ընդամենը 200 հազար դրամով տուգանել է ուսուցչուհուն, որի՝ կախիչով հասցրած հարվածից հետո է, ինչպես սևանցի 15-ամյա աշակերտի ծնողներն են պնդում, տղայի աչքն ակնակապիճից դուրս եկել։
Ուսուցչուհի Հասմիկ Մարգարյանն այսօր մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ընդամենը անզգուշությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու հոդվածով:
Տուժողի փաստաբան Ռոբերտ Բեջանյանի համոզմամբ, վնասը հասցվել է ոչ թե անզգուշությամբ, այլ կանխամտածված, համապատասխան պատիժն էլ ոչ թե տուգանքը պետք է լիներ, այլ երկամսյա կալանքը, կամ մինչև 10 տարվա ազատազրկումը․ - «Դատաքննության ընթացքում մենք ապացույցներով հիմնավորեցինք, որ ուսուցչուհին ասել էր՝ կտամ, կմտնես պատի մեջ, ու երկու անգամ հագուստներով լի կախիչը հրել էր երեխայի դեմքի ուղղությամբ: Այն դեպքում, երբ որ այդ երեխան եղել էր կախիչի և պատի արանքում, այսինքն՝ նույնիսկ փախնելու տեղ էլ չէր ունեցել: Այսինքն՝ զրկված է եղել պաշտպանվելու հնարավորությունից: Ի՞նչ է ստացվում․ որ կարելի է երեխայի աչքը հանել և 200 հազարով պրծնել»:
