Ամերիկյան ընկերությունը ներողություն է խնդրել Ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ ժխտողական բնույթի գրությունների համար

Ամերիկայի հայկական համագումարի ջանքերով «GEICO Skytypers» ընկերությունը ներողություն է խնդրել հայերից՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին Նյու Յորքի երկնքում ինքնաթիռներով ժխտողական բնույթի գրություններ ցուցադրելու համար:Վկայակոչելով Ամերիկայի հայկական համագումարին, հայտնում է, որ Արսինե Կալուստյանի գլխավորությամբ ինֆորմացիոն արշավ է իրականացվել հանրահայտ «GEICO Sky typers» ընկերության դեմ՝ հիմք ընդունելով նախորդ շաբաթ Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ ցուցադրված ժխտողական բնույթի արտահայտությունները:
Ամերիկյան ընկերությունն իր պաշտոնական կայքում ներողություն է խնդրել ամբողջ աշխարհի հայերից՝ ասելով, թե «ընկերության օդաչուները, ովքեր երկնքում գրություններ են պատկերել, ամբողջությամբ չեն հասկացել, թե ինչ բնույթի արշավ են իրականացնել»: Ընկերությունը հայտնել է, թե ցավալիորեն ավելի ուշ են հասկացել իրենց սխալը, որը, այնուամենայնիվ, տեղի է ունեցել: Արշավի պատվիրատուն, ըստ հայտարարության, «GEICO Skytypers»-ի թիմին չի ներկայացրել այդ շոուի իրական նպատակները՝ գաղտնի պահելով որոշ արտահայտությունների նշան ակությունը:
«Այս պաշտոնական հերքումը «GEICO Skytypers» ընկերության կողմից պետք է ոգեշնչի ամբողջ հայությանը, ովքեր պայքարում են Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում Թուրքիայի կողմից իրականացվող ժխտողական քաղաքականության դեմ: Կարծում ենք, որ սա իսկապես լավ օրինակ է հանրային գործունեություն իրականացնող այլ կազմակերպությունների՝ ավելի զգույշ լինելու համար»: Թույլ չենք տա, որ ինչ-որ մեկը ժխտի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը և խեղաթյուրի պատմությունը: Մենք այստեղ ենք: Մենք բազմամարդ են եւ մենք հիշում ենք: Պետք է նախքան այդօրինակ գովազդային արշավներըÕ կրթվել, ինքնակրթությամբ զբաղվել, որպեսզի այսօրինակ խնդիրներ չլինեն»,- ասել է Արսինե Կալուստյանը:
