Երեւանի Հալաբյան փողոցում ապրիլի 25-ին պայթած 63 համարի երթուղային ավտոբուսի վարորդը՝ 50-ամյա Սուրեն Ստեփանյանը, ավտոբուսի ուղեւորների մոտ ոչ մի տարօրինակ բան չի նկատել:NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա պատմեց, որ պայթյունը տեղի է ունեցել Հալաբյան փողոցում գտնվող կանգառներից մեկից մոտ 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա: Պայթյունից անմիջապես հետո 50-ամյա վարորդը կանգնեցրել է ավտոբուսը, դուրս եկել եւ անցորդների հետ միասին օգնել է ավտոբուսում եղած ուղեւորներին դուրս հանել:

«Արդեն 8 տարի է՝ վարորդ եմ աշխատում: Էդ օրն էլ սովորականի նման վարել եմ ավտոբուսը, ոչ մի տարօրինակ բան չեմ նկատել, ուղեւորներից մեկը կանգառում ցանկացավ իջնել, եւ մինչեւ կանգնեցնելը պայթյունը որոտաց: Ես պայթյունից հետո շոկից դուրս եկա, կանգնեցրի ավտոբուսն ու սկսեցի օգնել ուղեւորներին դուրս հանել»,- պատմեց Սուրեն Ստեփանյանը:

Սուրեն Ստեփանյանի կինը՝ տիկին Անժելան էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իր ամուսինը դեպքից հետո դեռ ոստիկանությունում է:

«Ինձ գիշերը զանգեցին, ասացին, որ 63 համարի ավտոբուսը պայթել է, զանգեցի ամուսնուս՝ վերցրեց, ասաց, որ իրեն ոչ մի բան չի եղել, լավ է: Հետո գիշերը շորեր էր ուզել, տարա ոստիկանություն, բայց թույլ չտվեցին հետը ինչ-որ բան խոսեմ: Երեկվանից ոստիկանությունում է, հարցաքննում են, դեռ տուն չի եկել»,- ասաց նա:

Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ, ի թիվս քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ առարկաների, հայտնաբերվել է բջջային հեռախոսային քարտ։ Քննությամբ եւ ԱԱԾ-ի հետ համատեղ իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերված բջջային հեռախոսային քարտի բաժանորդը կենցաղային հողի վրա դժգոհություն է ունեցել ազգականների հետ եւ նախապատրաստվել է պայթեցման եղականով վնասել նրանց:

ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական մարմինների հետ համագործակցաբար պարզվել է տվյալ քարտի բաժանորդի ինքնությունը, որը ՀՀ քաղաքացի է, նախկինում երկու անգամ դատված։ Նրա բնակության վայրում օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ապրիլի 26-ին իրականացված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «տրոտիլ» տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութ, պայթուցիչ սարքեր (դետոնատոր) և տարբեր տեսակի էլեկտրասարքավորումներ:

«Տրոտիլ» տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութի տարրեր, հետքեր հայտնաբերվել են նաև ավտոբուսի և դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ առգրավված փորձանմուշների վրա, ինչը հիմնավորվել է նշանակված փորձաքննության նախնական եզրակացությամբ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ թիվ 63 համարի ավտոբուսը պայթել է ապրիլի 25-ին, ժամը 21:45-ի սահմանում, Երեւանի Հալաբյան փողոցի թիվ 11 շենքի մոտ: Կա երկու զոհ եւ 8 տուժած:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:
