Հայաստանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում նոր փուլ է թևակոխել: Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարությունների ժամին այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Այլևս ժամանակը չէ խոսել ոչ փոխզիջումներից, ոչ էլ չգիտեմ ինչ փաստաթղթերից: Դրա մասին հստակ խոսեց հանրապետության Նախագահը: Ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործընթացում այլևս նոր իրողություն է: Եվ եթե մեր գործընկերները ցանկ անում են, որպեսզի լինի բանակցություն, պետք է կատարվեն Հայաստանի և Արցախի երեք պահանջ-առաջարկները»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Նա մանրամասնեց, որ առաջին հերթին պետք է լինեն վստահության և սահմանային միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմներ: «Երկրորդ պահանջ՝ պետք է լինեն հստակ, հասցեական գնահատականներ, և երրորդ՝ պետք է լինեն հստակ երաշխիքներ, որ Ադրբեջանն այլևս չի իրականացնի նմանատիպ ագրեսիվ ահաբեկչություն»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահի խոսքով՝ հարկավոր է գիտակցել, որ պետք է ոչ միայն իրար հանդուրժել, այլ հարկավոր է սիրել միմյանց և հասկանալ, որ յուրաքանչյուրն իր անելիքն ունի: «Ես ցանկանում եմ խոնարհվել մեր մայրերի և մեր հերոս տղաների առջև: Փառք մեր տղաների հիշատակին, և մեզ էլ գիտակցություն, որ այլևս չպետք է սխալվենք: Ես համոզված եմ, որ մենք գնալու ենք նոր հաղթանակների ճանապարհով: Կեցցե Հայաստանը, կեցցե Արցախը, կեցցե սփյուռքը, կեցցեն հայոց բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը և մեր հասարակությունը»,- եզրափակեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
