Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորը կարծում է, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցում Ռուսաստանն ու Եվրոպան երկակի ստանդարտներ են կիրառում

Ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հարցում Ռուսաստանն ու Եվրոպան երկակի ստանդարտներ են կիրառում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր, ԼՂՀ-ի հետ բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Ֆրանկ Էնգելը:

«Ստացվում է ինչ-որ մի կողմ ցանկանում է բարեկամ և ընկեր հանդիսանալ մյուս կողմի համար, բայց զենք է վաճառում նրա հակառակորդին: Դա այն է ինչ անում է Ռուսաստանը: Մարդիկ ինձ ասում են, թե ՌԴ-ն հայտարարում է, որ հայերի կողքին է կանգնած, հայերի պաշտպանն է, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ հայ զինվորները մահանում են ռուսական զենքից արձակած գնդակներից»,-ասաց Ֆրանկ Էնգելը: Եվրոպացի պատգամավորը նշեց, որ Ռուսաստանն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ  այլ երկրներ ներառի Եվրասիական  միության մեջ: Ադբեջանը այդ ցանկալի երկրներից է: Ըստ եվրապատգամավորի` միգուց հենց այդ փա ստով է Ռուսաստանն անհնագստացած, և մտածում է այնպես անել, որ ավելի մեծ առևտրային հարաբերություններ ունենա Ադրբեջանի հետ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Եվրոպային, ապա Ֆրանկ Էնգելը նշեց, որ դժբախտաբար այն նույնպես կիրառում է երկակի ստանդարտներ: «Ես երբեք չեմ հասկացել, թե ինչու որոշ պետություններ կարող են և իրավունք ունեն ճանաչված լինելու, ոմանք` ոչ, չնայած այդ փաստին, որ նման պահանջ կա տվյալ երկրի հենց բնակչության կողմից: Եթե խնդիրը միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին վերաբերեր, ապա միգուցե այլ կերպ լուծվեր, բայց մենք գիտենք, որ կա խնդիր Հարավային Օսիայում, Ուկրայինայում: Այսինքն` հարցը բարդացել է»,-հավելեց եվրապատգամավորը:
