ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարն օրինակելի է համարում ՀՀ-ի հետ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի համագործակցությունը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն ապրիլի 25-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Եվրոպական Միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյորտր Սվիտալսկուն: Հանդիպմանը քննարկել է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Համդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության արտաքին համագործակցության պատասխանատու Ջոն Բարքերը:
Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից և հավելել. «Ողջունելով հյուրերին` նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը բարձր է գնահատել ԵՄ-ի հետ համագործակցության ներկա մակարդակը:
«Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև հատկապես գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում վերջին տարիներին ձևավորվել են սերտ հարաբերություններ, հաջողությամբ իրականացվում են ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր, որոնք հուսով եմ, կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ», - նշել է իր խոսքում նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում իրականացված ծրագրերին, այդ թվում նաև` Եվրահանձնաժողովի Թայեքս և Թվինինգ գործիքներին (TAIEX, TWINNING)` նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ դրանք էապես նպաստել են Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառի զարգացմանը: Որպես երկրի ագրարային ոլորտի առաջընթացի մեկ այլ կարևոր խթանիչ` նախարարը կարևորել է «Եվրոպական հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման ծրագիրը» (ENPARD), որը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրոպական միության և Ավստրիական զարգացման գործակալության կողմից գյուղատնտեսության կայուն զարգացմա ն, արտադրող խմբերի և արժեշղթաների զարգացման նպատակով և իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ-ի արդյունաբերական զարգացման կազմակերպության և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից:
Այնուհետև նախարարը համառոտ ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսության ներկա վիճակը, մատնանշել այն ոլորտները, որոնցում ակնկալվում է հաջող և արդյունավետ համագործակցություն: Այս համատեքստում նախարարը նշել է մասնավորապես ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների ստեղծման, ինտենսիվ պտղատու այգիների հիմնման, ոլորտում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների, այդ թվում` ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի և հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրման կարևորությունը:
Որպես համագործակցության հեռանկարային ուղղություն` նախարար Կարապետյանը նշել է նաև օրգանական գյուղատնտեսությունը, որի զարգացման համար Հայաստանում ստեղծված են նպաստավոր պայմաններ:
Դեսպան Պյորտր Սվիտալսկին իր հերթին գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև ձևավորված հարաբերությունները վերջին շրջանում այնքան են սերտացել և ամրապնդվել, որ կարող են օրինակելի դառնալ այլ ոլորտների համար:
Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին միաժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ հայկական բարձրորակ գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը կարող է մրցունակ լինել Եվրոպական միության երկրներում ևս:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկեցին ոլորտին վերաբերող այլ հարցեր ևս»:
