Ապրիլ 24-ն այլևս սգալու և զոհի կերպարով աշխարհին ներկայանալու օր չէ։ Այն այսուհետ, կոնկրետ ինձ համար, մեր Ժողովրդի ապրողունակության կոփման, մեր Պետականության ամրապնդման ու առաջադեմ Պետություն ստեղծելու հրամայականի օր է․․․ Միայն մի ձև կա՝ հարգելու 1,5մլն անպաշտպան ու անպետություն զոհերի հիշատակը․ հզոր ու պաշտպանված Պետություն կառուցելով նրանց թոռ ու ծոռների համար։
Այլևս բավ է աշխարհից "Ճանաչում և Դատապարտում" մուրալ, հարյուր հազարանոց երթեր կազմակերպել օտար երկրների՝ "Արմենիա" անվանակոչված փողոցներով ու հրապարակներում, խաչքարեր կերտել օտար հրապարակներում ու լալահառաչ տոնով ուղերձներ հղել այդ նույն պետություններին՝, ցույց տալ, ապացուցել ու երդվել, որ՝ այո՛, մեզ մասսայաբար կոտորել են, անխնա ոչնչացրել են, "ճանաչե՛ք այդ փաստը"․․․
Դա նրանց այլևս հետաքիքիր չէ՛, իսկ մեր նոր սերնդին դա արդեն պատիվ չի բերում․․․
Վաղուց ժամանակն է՛՝ աշխարհին ներկայանալու Ցեղասպանությունը վերապրած հպարտ ժողովրդի կերպարով, որն ունի իր Պետությունն ու կայացած պետականությունը․ այդժամ, վստահաբար, չեն ուշանա նրանց կողմից հարյուրավոր ճանաչումներն ու դատապարտումները․․․
Այս ապրիլին Երկրիս՝ աշխարհի աչքերում այդ շրջադարձային կերպարանափոխության առաջին 2 նախանշաններն արդեն տեսանելի դարձան՝ առաջինն անշուշտ, համազգային համախմբումն ու 18-ամյա ժամկետայինների կողմից թշնամու մասշտաբային ագրեսիայի կասեցումն էր, իսկ երկրորդ շրջադարձային իրողությունն, անհամեստ չթվա, "Ավրորա" մրցանակաբաշխության հիմնումն ու անցկացումն էր Հայաստանում․․․
Այլևս Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր պետք է բարձրանալ՝ միայն մեկ նպատակով․ հաստատելու այն կամքն ու ձգտումը, որ Հայն ու Հայաստանն այսուհետ աշխարհին չեն ներկայանալու որպես զոհ ու այդ փաստի ճանաչում մուրացող պետություն․․․
Մենք այլևս ոչինչ չունենք ապացուցելու, մենք նոր որակի հասարակություն ու պետություն կառուցելով կհասնենք մեր ակնկալած փախհատուցումին՝ ի ուրախություն մեր անկեղծ բարեկամների և ի հեճուկս կեղծավորների ու անթաքույց թշնամիների․․․
