Լևոն Հայրապետյանի վիճակը բանտում կտրուկ վատացել է

Մոսկվայի Բուտիրսկայա բանտում գտնվող Լևոն Հայրապետյանի առողջական վիճակն ապրիլի 24-ին կտրուկ վատացել է, նա անգամ կորցրել է գիտակցությունը: Բարերարն այժմ գտնվում է բանտային բուժմասում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Ազատություն Լևոն Հայրապետյանին» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնու թյունից:
«Մեր աչքի առջև տեղի է ունենում այն, ինչի մասին զգուշացնում էին բժիշկներն ու իրավաբանները. այս վիճակում մարդը չի՛ կարող բանտում պահվել: Դա հակասում է մարդասիրական բոլոր սկզբունքներին:
Ապրիլի 14-ին Լևոն Հայրապետյանը դատապարտվեց չափազանց կասկածելի մեղադրանքով՝ լի տասնյակ իրարամերժություններով: Նրա գործով տուժողը բազմաթիվ սպանությունների գործով ցմահ դատապարտված նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստևն է, ինչն ինքնին նոնսենս է՝ դատել մարդուն ցմահ դատապարտված մարդասպանի դիմումի հիման վրա:
Ինչևէ, Լևոն Հայրապետյանը դատապարտվեց 4 տարվա ազատազրկման: Նրա հանդեպ չկիրառվեց անգամ պայմանական պատիժ կրելու ձևաչափը՝ հաշվի առնելով օրեցօր վատթարացող առողջական վիճակը: Հայրապետյանին անհրաժեշտ է ամենօրյա բժշկական հսկողություն. նման առողջությամբ բանտում նա պարզապես կենդանի չի մնա:
Այժմ Հայրապետյանը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է»,- ասցում է նախաձեռնության հրապարակած հայտարարության մեջ:
