Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ամենահարուստ բնակիչներն առաջին անգամ դարձել են Դեւիդ եւ Սայմոն Ռուբեն եղբայրները, որոնց կարողությունը գնահատվում Է 13,1 մլրդ ֆունտ ստեռլինգ (18,8 մլրդ դոլար): Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է The Sunday Times թերթը, որը հրապարակել Է ՄիացյաÕ ¬ Թագավորության՝ առավել ունեվոր ռեզիդենտների ցուցակը:

Ծագումով հնդիկ Ռուբեն եղբայրների բիզնեսի հիմնական ուղղություններն են՝ անշարժ գույքի շուկայի գործարքները, մասնավոր կապիտալ ներդրումները եւ մասնակցությունը վենչուրային կապիտալին: Ամբողջովին կամ մասնակիորեն նրանց են պատկանում Թեմզա գետի ափին գտնվող Millbank Tower երկնաքերը, Լոնդոնի Սլոուն-սթրիթ առեւտրական փողոցի կրպակները, Լոնդոն-Օքսֆորդ օդանավակայանը, Travelodge հյուրանոցային ցանցը, Metro Bank-ը եւ շահութաբեր բազմաթիվ այլ օբյեկտներ:

13,0 մլրդ ֆունտ ստեռլինգով (18,7 մլրդ դոլար) ցուցակի երկրորդ տեղում  նույնպես եղբայրներ եւ նույնպես Հնդկաստանից սերված Շրի եւ Հոփի Ինդույներն են, որոնք զբաղվում են անշարժ գույքի գործարքներով, բանկային ու ռեստորանային բիզնեսով եւ լայն սպառման ապրանքների առեւտրով:

Ցուցակի երրորդ հորիզոնականում ԽՍՀՄ-ում ծնված ամերիկացի գործարար Լեոնարդ Բլավատնիկն Է, որը եղել Է անցյալ տարվա ցուցակի առաջատարը: Նրան պատկանող Access Industries ընկերությունը միավորում Է բնական ռեսուրսների, անշարժ գույքի, ԶԼՄ-ների եւ երաժշտական արտադրության բնագավառների ակտիվներ: Նրա կարողությունը թերթը գնահատում Է 11,6 մլրդ ֆունտ (16,68 մլրդ դոլար):   

Ակտիվների արժեքի ամենախոշոր աճը վերջին տարվա ընթացքում դիտվել Է ցուցակի հաղթողների՝ Ռուբեն եղբայրների մոտ: Նրանց կարողությունն աճել Է 3,4 մլրդ ֆունտով (4,9 մլրդ դոլար): Իսկ ամենախոշոր անկումն արձանագրել Է նավթագազային բիզնեսով զբաղվող Պերրոդո ֆրանսիացի ընտանիքը, որը կորցրել Է 2,45 մլրդ ֆունտ (3,52 մլրդ դոլար): 

Իսկ վերջին ութ տարվա ընթացքում ամենախոշոր կորուստները կրել Է պողպատաձուլության հնդիկ մագնատ Լաքշմի Միթալը, որն աշխարհում ամենախոշոր ArcelorMittal պողպատաձուլական ընկերության սեփականատերն Է: 2008 թվականին նա բարեկեցության ամենաբարձր՝ 27,7 մլրդ ֆունտի (39,8 մլրդ դոլար) նշագծին Էր հասել The Sunday Times թերթի «ռիչ-թերթիկի» գոյության ողջ պատմության ընթացքում, բայց մետալուրգիական արդյունաբերության ճգնաժամի ֆոնին նրա ակտիվներն այսօրվա դրությամբ գնահատվում են միայն 7,12 մլրդ ֆունտ (10,2 մլրդ դոլար), ինչը նրան դուրս Է մղել թագավորության ամենահարուստ բնակիչների տասնյակից:    

Ցուցակի համաձայն՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ամենահարուստ մարզիկը դարձել Է «Ֆուրմուլա-1» դասի ավտոմրցարշավների աշխարհի չեմպիոն Լյուիս Հեմիլթոնը՝ 106 մլն ֆունտ (152 մլն դոլար) կարողությամբ, իսկ ամենամեծ կարողություն ունեցող բրիտանացի երաժիշտը՝ նախկին բիթլ Փոլ Մաքքարթնին՝ 760 մլն ֆունտ (1 մլրդ 93 մլն դոլար) կարողությամբ: Երգչուհի Ադելն այս տարի հարստացել Է միանգամից 35 մլն ֆունտով (50 մլն դոլար) եւ, կարողությունն ավելացնելով մինչեւ 85 մլն ֆունտ (122 մլն դոլար), ամենահարուստ կինն Է դարձել Է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի երաժշտական ինդուստրիայի ողջ պատմության ընթացքուÕ ´, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
