Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման խոչընդոտներից մեկը ռուս հրապարակախոս, «Միջազգային իրավունքի ռուսական ասոցիացիա»-ի անդամ Դենիս Դվորնիկովը համարում է երկակի ստանդարտների կիրառումը: Նա «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ պետությունների էլիտայի մակարդակով այդ ցինիզմը ակտիվորեն դրսևորում է, սակայն ժողովուրդները այդ հարցերում չեն կատակում: «Դա զուգորդվում է մարդկության դեմ ուղղված այնպիսի կազմակերպության ի հայտ գալով, ինչպիսին «Իսլամական պետություն»-ն է, որն ահասարսուռ գործողությունների է դիմում: Այդ ամենը, յուրաքանչյուր նորմալ մարդու մոտ արթնացնում է հիշողություններ` կապված 1915 թվականի իրադարձությունների, և դրան նախորդող ու հաջորդող զարգացումների հետ»,-ասաց Դվորնիկովը:

Նրա խոսքով, խնդիրն այն է, որ երբեմն Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցն ընկալվում է կարծես Հայաստանի, հայկական Սփյուռքի ներսում եղած օրակարգային հարց: Դենիս Դվորնիկովի կարծիքով, անհրաժեշտ է աշխատել հարցը նեղ շրջանակից դուրս բերելու ուղղությամբ և համատեղ ջանքերով շարունակելու պայքարն արդարության հասնելու համար:

Այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Մերձավոր Արևելքում, մասնավորապես Սիրիայում, կարո՞ղ է նպաստել, որ միջագային հանրությունը փոխի իր մոտեցումները Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի հետ կապված: Անդրադառնալով հարցին` Դենիս Դվորնիկովը նշեց, որ այո, միջազգային հանրությունը տեսնում է, թե ինչ է կատարվում, սակայն դրան զուգահեռ ցավալի մոտեցում է ձևավորվում: «Այո, մի կողմից նրանք տեսնում են, թե ինչ է կատարվում Մերձավոր Արևելքում, և դա վաղեմի պատմություն չէ, ավելին` այդ դաժանութունները մարդիկ անգամ դիտում են համացանցում, այն էլ` լավ որակով: Ցավն այն է, որ դրան զուգահ եռ այդ բռնությունը ձևավորում է իմունիտետ: Այդ ամենը, կարծես, սովորական բնույթ է ստանում: Մարդիկ դադարում են արձագանքել, երբ ասենք ևս 20 մարդու են կախաղան հանում, ևս մի քանիսին են սպանում: Մարդիկ արդեն չեն արձագանքում Իրաքում տեղի ունեցող ահաբեկչություններին: Միլիոնավոր մարդկանց համար այդ նորությունը դառնում է շարքային: Լրահոսում նախընտրում են կարդալ տեղեկատվոթյուն նոր IPhone-ի մասին, և չի հետաքրքրում, թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ Իրաքում: Այս իրավիճակը շատ վտանգավոր է, այս մասին պետք է բղավել, խոսել ու խոսել, հասցնել մարդկությանն այն, որ դա նորմալ չէ& raquo;,-հավելեց Դենիս Դվորնիկովը:

Նրա խոսքով` նախորդ տարի Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցն էր, իսկ մեկ տարի անց` 2017 թվականին, լրանում է ռուս ազգի ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակը: Դրա մասին ոչ ոք չի խոսում: Բայց այդ ժամանակ մի ամբողջ էլիտա կամ ոչնչացվել է, կամ երկրից վտարվել է: Ես կարծում եմ ճիշտ կլինի, որ երկու երկրների ժողովուրդներն այդ հարցում միմյանց սատարեն: Երբ մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ նույն ցավն ենք ապրել, դա մեզ միավորում է»,-ասաց Դենիս Դվորնիկովը:
