Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը կարևոր է ինչպես Արևմուտքում, այնպես էլ Արևելքում

Սովորաբար հայերիս համար կարևորվում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը արևմտյան պետությունների կողմից: Հատկապես զգայուն ենք ԱՄՆ-ի և Գերմանիայի հարցում: Սակայն ամեն տարի ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Օբաման հրաժարվում է արտասանել Հայոց ցեղասպանություն եզրույթը, իսկ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում շարունակվում են քննարկումները: Հասկանալի է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն և Գերմանիան` այդ արևմտյան գերտերությունները, ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակում Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցներն են, ունեն ընդհանուր շահեր:

Բայց անհասկանալի է, թե ինչո՞ւ ենք կենտրոնացել միայն արևմտյան պետությունների կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու անհրաժեշտության վրա: Ցեղասպանությունը համամարդկային ողբերգություն է, այն վերաբերում է ամբողջ աշխարհին և դատապարտելի է ամբողջ քաղաքակիրթ մարդկության կողմից: Այդ առումով ինչո՞ւ նմանապես չենք կարևորում Արևելքի երկրների կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը:

Եթե պատճառը աշխարհում հզորություն և ազդեցություն ունենալու գործոնն է, ապա պետք է նշել, որ ԱՄՆ-ից հետո այսօր երկրորդ գերտերություն է համարվում Չինաստանը: Այդ երկիրն աշխարհում առաջինն է բնակչության թվով, երկրորդը` տնտեսությամբ, երրորդը` տարածքի մեծությամբ, միջուկային գերտերություն է, ունի աշխարհի ամենահզոր և բազմաքանակ բանակներից մեկը:Այս ամենը դեռ մի կողմ:

Չինաստանն ունի լրջագույն խնդիր թյուրքալեզու, սունի իսլամ դավանող ույգուրների հետ: Վերջիններս ցանկանում են անկախանալ Չինաստանից և ստանում են Թուրքիայի բացահայտ աջակցությունը: Ույգուրներով բնակեցված Չինաստանի հյուսիս-արևմուտքը հաճախ անվանում են Արևելյան Թուրքեստան: Չինաստանում ույգուր նացիոնալիստները համարվում են ահաբեկիչներ: Այնպես որ` Չինաստանը շահերի լուրջ բախում ունի Թուրքիայի հետ` ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ-ի, որը ՆԱՏՕ-ում Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է:

Թուրքիան պաշտոնապես քննադատում է Չինաստանին ույգուրների հանդեպ իրականացվող քաղաքականության համար: Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը նախկինում մի առիթով Չինաստանին մեղադրել էր ույգուրների դեմ ցեղասպանություն իրականացնելու մեջ: Հիմա տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում` ինչո՞ւ Չինաստանը մինչ օրս չի ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Վերևում շարադրված փաստերի ներկայացումից հետո կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Չինաստանի ուղղությամբ կա՛մ աշխատանք չի տարվում ընդհանրապես, կա՛մ էլ բավարար չափով չի տարվում:

Չինաստանը փորձում է կյանքի կոչել նոր Մետաքսի ճանապարհը` միջինասիական ու հարավկովկասյան երկրներով Եվրոպայի հետ ուղիղ առևտրի մեջ մտնելու համար:Օգտվելով այդ հնարավորությունից` Թուրքիան և վերջինիս դաշնակիցներ Ղազախստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, որպես տարանցիկ երկրներ, փորձում են առավելագույն օգուտներ ստանալ: Պեկինին հարկ է հուշել, որ Հայաստանն ու Չինաստանը ընդհանուր շահեր ունեն, որ կարելի է միասին թյուրքական աշխարհի հետ ավելի վստահ խոսել:

Բայց եթե Մետաքսի ճանապարհը կյանքի կոչվի, իսկ Հայաստանը ուշանա զարգացումներից, ապա մենք կարող ենք պոտենցիալ հզոր բարեկամ կորցնել Արևելքում: Ի վերջո` տնտեսական շահը կարող է գերակայել քաղաքականի նկատմամբ: Աշխարհը բազմաբևեռ է, որքան կա Արևմուտք, այնքան էլ Արևելք: ԱՄՆ-ից ոչ պակաս կարևոր է Չինաստանի ճանաչումը: Փողոցն անցնելիս իր անվտանգության մասին մտածող մարդը երկու կողմն էլ պետք է նայի:
