Արդարադատության ակադեմիայում ՀՔԾ քննիչներն ավարտական վկայագրեր ստացան

Արդարադատության ակադեմիայում առաջին անգամ վերապատրաստում անցած ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչներն ապրիլի 23-ին ավարտական վկայագրեր են ստացել: Համաձայն «Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի՝ առնվազն 3 տարին մեկ անգամ պարտադիր վերապատրաստում են անցնում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության գլխավոր և առաջատար խմբերի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող ծառայողները: Առաջին խումբը, որի կազմում ընդգրկվել է 7 քննիչ, վերապատրաստվել է մարտի 12-ից ապրիլի 23-ը՝ 40 ակադեմիական ժամ ծավալով: Այս տարի վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ նախատեսվում է ևս երկու խմբի համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արդարդատության ակադեմիայի հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, շնորհավորելով վերապատրաստում անցած քննիչներին, հաջողություն մաղթեց իրենց պատասխանատու ծառայության մեջ:
Վկայագրերի հանձնման արարողությանը մասնակցում էր ՀՀ ՀՔԾ քննչական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման կատարելագործման բաժնի պետ, իրավաբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը: Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Ակադեմիայի աշխատակազմին և անձամբ ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանին արդյունավետ վերապատրաստում կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու համար՝ հատուկ շեշտելով դասընթացների նախապատրաստական փուլում մշակված ուսուցման ծրագրերի դերը:
Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչների ուսուցման ծրագիրը նպատակաուղղված է Քննիչների մասնագիտական գիտելիքների և հմտությունների շարունակական կատարելագործմանը քրեական իրավունքի, քրեական դատավարության, Եվրոպական դատարանի նախադեպային իրավունքի և կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում:
