Քլունին «The Washington Post»-ում աշխատելու հրավեր ստացավ

Ամերիկյան դերասան Ջորջ Կլունին ապագայում «The Washington Post»-ում աշխատելու հրավեր ստացավ հեղինակավոր պարբերականի խմբագիր Դեյվիդ Իգնատիուսի կողմից Երևանում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նրանք մասնակցում են «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանց ագործության» գլոբալ ֆորումին, որի առանցքում ցեղասպանությունների ու փախստականների հարցերն են դրված:
Հոլիվուդի ու բարոյականության, ֆիլմերում ցեղասպանության թեմայի արծարծման ու ինչպես նաև կինոլսարանի` բռնության հանդեպ քիչ զգայուն լինելու մասին հարցի առնչությամբ արտահայտած իր մտքերով Քլունին գրավեց հեղինակավոր խմբագրին: «Շնորհակալություն Ջորջ, եթե դադարեք դերասան լինելուց, եկեք «The Washington Post», ես Ձեզ կընդունեմ որպես լրագրող»,-ասաց Դեյվիդ Իգնատիուսը:
«Ես կարող եմ փաստել, որ 24-ժամյա լրատվության ցիկլը ոչ զգայուն լսարան է ձևավորում, որովհետև այդ նորությունները դառնում են սովորական: Երբ լսում ես մեկ միլիոն փախստականի մասին, դա պարզապես թիվ է, իսկ ավելի արդյունավետ է, երբ մի փոքր տղայի ափի մոտ են գտնում, ով մահացել է ու ալիքները նրան ափ են քշել: Այդ դեպքում մարդիկ ժամանակ են գտնում, կենտրոնանում այդ թեմայի վրա, հետո հասկանում են, որ ՄԱԿ-ը բավական աշխատանք չի կատարել փախստակնների հարցով: Դա ահավոր է, թե մենք ինչպես ենք արձագանքում փախստականների ճգնաժամին»,-ասաց Քլունին:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ` մարդիկ կորցնում են մարդասիրության տեսլականը, երբ ճգնաժամերի մասին տեղեկանում են հսկայական թվերի տեսքով: «Երեք օր առաջ ասացին, որ հինգ հարյուր մարդ է մահացել նավի խորտակումից, դրանից հետո ալիքը փոխում ես, անցնում այլ նորությունների: Մենք պետք է փոխենք նորությունների, ֆիլմերի ազդեցությունը: Մենք պետք է խոսենք մի մարդու մասին, ով փորձել է մի քանի մարդու կյանք փրկել` վտանգելով իր կյանքը: Պետք է խոսել ոչ թե թվերի մասին, այլ կոնկրետ դեպքի մասին, կոնկրետ պատմության մասին, քանի որ երբ մենք նայում եք մարդու աչքերին, իրավիճակ ը փոխվում է»,-անկեղծացավ դերասանը:
Քլունին նշեց, որ իր հոր շնորհիվ հանգանք է տածում նորություններ հեռարձակողների հանդեպ և հետևում է նրանց աշխատանքին, բայց ցավում է, որ, օրինակ, CNN-ը ցուցադրում է դատարկ ամբիոն` սպասելով ԱՄՆ նախագահի թեկնածու Դոնալդ Թրամփի խոսքին, բայց այդ ժամանակահատվածը չի օգտագործում անդրադառնալու մի ընտանիքի մասին, որը փորձում է դուրս պրծնել Հալեպից:
