Ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելումը պետք է լինի ողջ մարդկության պատասխանատվությունը. Սերժ Սարգսյան

Հայաստանը լինելու է ցեղասպանությունների դեմ պայքարի առաջամարտիկներից մեկը: «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» երկրորդ գլոբալ ֆորումի մեկնարկին բացման խոսքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «2015թ. մի հանգրվան էր, երբ մենք վերաիմաստավորել ենք մեր ժողովրդի գոյության իրավունքի և պատմական արդարությանն ուղղված 100-ամյա պայքարը: Մենք աշխարհին ուղղվա ծ երախտագիտության և վերածննդի ուղերձներ ենք ուղարկել, ասել ենք, որ Հայաստանը լինելու է այդ հանցագործության դեմ պայքարի առաջամարտիկներից մեկը: Ցեղասպանության անթույլատրելիության մասին պետք է գիտակցում ապահովել՝ նման հանցագործությունից խուսափելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահը:
ՀՀ Նախագահի խոսքով՝ ներկայի աշխարհի տրամաբանությունը թույլ է տալիս ասելու, որ որևէ մեկն իրեն ապահովագրված չի կարող զգալ այն սարսափներից, որ ապրել են հայերը 20-րդ դարում, որ ապրում են մարդիկ 21-րդ դարում: «Ցեղասպանությունը պետք է ընկալվի ողջ միջազգային հանրության ձախողման հետևանք, իսկ դրա կանխարգելումը՝ ողջ մարդկության պատասխանատվություն»,-ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Նախագահ Սարգսյանը հավելեց, որ մեկ տարի առաջ Ցեղասպոնւթյան 100-րդ տարելիցի նախօրեին պատիվ է ունեցել ազդարարելու հասարական-քաղաքական այս ֆորումի աշխատանքների մեկնարկը՝ հավատալով դրա առաքելությանն ու հաջողությանը: «Իսկ այդ առաքելությունն էր վեր հանել ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման հիմնական խնդիրները, մշակել դրանց լուծման ուղիները, համախմբել մարդկության ներուժը, 21-րդ դարում մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունների նկատմամբ հաղթանակ տանելու նպատակով: Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ այն հաջողվեց: Այն հաջողություն գտավ ոչ միայն մասնագետների, այլ հազարավոր մարդկանց շրջանակներում ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլ դրանից դուրս: Այն առիթ դարձավ, որ մարդկությունը խոսի մեծագույն չարիքի մասին: Դրանով էր պայմանավորված այս որոշումը՝ Երևանը հարթակ դարձնել այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր վճռական են իրենց լուման բերելու համակարդկային այս պայքարին»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:
Երևանում մեկնարկել է «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» երկրորդ գլոբալ ֆորումը: Այն հիմնականում կենտրոնացված կլինի ցեղասպանություն վերապրած կենդանի անձանց և փախստականների խնդիրների վրա: Գլոբալ ֆորումն ունենալու է 4 հիմնական բաժիններ: Գլոբալ ֆորումը լուսաբանելու համար 70-ից ավել արտասահմանյան լրատվամիջոցներ են հավատարմագրվել:
