«Երեւան Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ի մասնագետները վերջին մի քանի օրերի լարված աշխատանքից հետո Նորագավիթի 10-րդ փողոցի նրբանցքում հայտնաբերել են մի անհայտ վթարված ջրագիծ, որը թերեւս տվյալ տարածքից հուլիսի 24-ին ստացված ջրի որակի վերաբերյալ բողոքների պատճառն է: Նորագավիթում բաշխիչ ցանցն առավել քան պատկառելի տարիքի է, որով պայմանավորված` ներկայումս այնտեղ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից տարվում են լայնածավալ վերակառուցման աշխատանքներ: Իսկ թե երբ են նրբանցքի բնակիչները սեփական ուժերով տվյալ ջրագիծը կառուցել, հնաբնակներն անգամ չեն հիշում: Ավելին, պարզվում է, որ որոշ տնատիրություններ մինչև վերջերս շարունակել են դրանից ջուր ստանալ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Երեւան Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ի հանրային կապերի ծառայությունից, նշված խողովակի գոյության մասին իմացվել է բնակիչների հետ հարցուփորձից, որոնք տեղեկացրել են, որ նրբանցքում մի տեղ արդեն քանի ամիս է ինչ թեթեւակի ջուր է դուրս տալիս: Ընկերության «Արեւելք» շահագործման տնօրինության «Շենգավիթ» տեղամասի մասնագետներն անմիջապես ձեռնամուխ են եղել հողային աշխատանքներին եւ ի հայտ բերել 25մմ տրամագծով խողովակ, որն ամբողջությամբ վնաս ված է եղել: Մինչդեռ հարեւանությամբ ձգվում է ոռոգման առուն, որտեղից ջուրն անընդհատ ներծծվում է հող ու խողովակ լցվելու վտանգ առաջացնում: Նշված դեպքերի նախօրեին այնտեղ շինարարական աշխատանքների պատճառով ջրամատակարարման դադար է հայտարարված եղել: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս ընթացքում առվի ջուրը կարող էր ներթափանցել քայքայված խողովակ եւ ջրամատակարարման վերականգնելուն պես տրվեր սպառողներին: Զարմանալի չէ, որ ջրի անորակությունից բողոքողները հենց այդ տների բնակիչներն են: Ներկայումս տվյալ ջրագիծը խցափակված է: Ջրամատակարարումը թաղամասում իրականացվում է համաձայն ժամանակացույցի: Որակի հետ կապված բողոքներ այլեւս չկան:

Այժմ Նորագավիթը ջուր է ստանում Արարատյան ջրաղբյուրից, որը լիովին համապատասխանում է որակին ներկայացվող պահանջներին: Ուրիշ է, որ, կապված ջրի բաղադրության հետ, այն, ինչպես եւ համակարգի մնացած 9 աղբյուրները, ունի իր բնորոշ համը: Իհարկե, լեռնային աղբյուրներից ստացվող ջուրն իր որակական հատկանիշներով ավելի գերադասելի է, այդ թվում Արզականի ջուրը, որը մատակարարվում է թաղամասին սեպտեմբերի-հունիս ամսիներին, սակայն ամռանը, սպառման «պիկ» ժամանակաշրջանով պայմանավորված, ընկերությունը ստիպված է լինում մայրաքաղաքին տրվող ջրա քանակն ավելացնել` այդ թվում վերագործարկելով Նորագավիթից ոչ հեռու գտնվող Արարատյան պոմպակայանը: Բնականաբար, ջրի համային փոփոխությունն աննկատ չի մնում եւ դժգոհությունների առիթ է տալիս: Սեպտեմբերին կեսերին, երբ ոռոգման խնդիրը մեզանում կորցնի իր սրությունը եւ քաղաքացիները դադարեն խմելու ջուրը տեխնիկական նպատակներով օգտագործել (այդ թվում Նորագավիթում), ամեն ինչ կվերադառնա ի շրջանս յուր:
