VIDEOՌուսաստանը լուրջ մարտահրավերների առջև է կանգնած։ Հարավային ու արևմտյան սահմանների երկայնքով բազմաթիվ կոնֆլիկտներ սպառնում են միավորելու թրքալեզու և մահմեդական կոմպոնենտները։
«Իսլամական պետության» հեղինակների թիրախներից մեկը հենց Ռուսաստանն է։ Վերջինս էլ փորձում է, ի հակադրություն ոչ տարածքային միավորումներին, այսպես կոչված «Ռուսական աշխարհը» ձևավորել։
Ռուսաստանի նախագահը դեռևս մեկ ընտրաշրջան կարող է վերընտրվել, ինչից հետո փորձ կկատարվի երկարացնել նրա նախագահությունը։ Ինչ էլ որ լինի, միջինասիական հանրապետություններն ու Ադրբեջանը, Թուրքիան ու որոշ ռուսական տերիտորիաներ սպասում են կենտրոնական իշխանությունների թուլացմանը։
Ազգային գվարդիան բավական մեծ ուժ է լինելու, անասելի իրավասություններով, ընդհուպ մինչև՝ առանց որոշակի սանկցիաների, կրակի բացում, հակառակորդի ֆիզիկական ոչնչացում։
Նրա կազմը, որոշ տվյալներով, հասնելու է չորս հարյուր հազարի։ Եվրոպական երկրներից Գերմանիայի բանակը երեք հարյուրից էլ քիչ է։ Այսինքն, Ռուսաստանը կամ տվյալներ ունի ապագա զարգացումների վերաբերյալ, կամ պատերազմական պլաններ ունի։
Հնարավոր տարբերակ եմ համարում ռուս-ղազախական կոնֆլիկտը, քանի որ, Նազարբաևը դարձել է համաթուրանականության ապոլոգետը, իսկ Ռուսաստանը չի կարող ներել Ղազախստանի արհեստականորեն գծված սահմանները։
Մյուս կողմից Ռուսաստանը Եվրասիայի զսպաշապիկն է։ Եվ տարածաշրջանային կոնֆլիկտների ակտիվացումը կարող է բերել հումանիտար լայնամասշտաբ ճգնաժամերի ու պատերազմի։
Իսկ մեր հրամայականը կազմակերպվելն ու միասնական լինելն է։
