Մի քանի կարևոր եզրահանգում Լավրով-Նալբանդյան ասուլիսից.

1. Լավրով. Անհրաժեշտ է հավատարիմ մնալ 1994-95 թվականներին ստորագրված անժամկետ զինադադարին։ Հակամարտությունը չունի ռազմական լուծում։

// Դիրքորոշում, որի հետ համաձայն են թե՛ Երևանը, թե Ստեփանակերտը, թե Մինսկի Խումբը իր անդամ պետությունների ԱԳՆ-ների հետ միասին, թե ԱՄՆ Սպիտակ Տունը։ Միակը, ով դեմ է Ադրբեջանն է։

2. Լավրով. Հայաստանը չէ, որ մերժել է Կազանի պայմանավորվածությունները։ Նալբանդյան. Մինչ այդ մերժել է բոլոր համաձայնությունները վերջին 10 տարիների ընթացքում։

// Այսպիսով Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ կողմից հաստատվեց, որ միակ խանգարող հանգամանքը հարցի լուծմանը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանը։ Տարոսը ԱՄՆ ՊետԴեպի անդեմ ու անողնաշար Ուորլիքին։

3. Լավրով. Հրադադարի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմը պետք է կյանքի կոչվի։

// Նույնպես համահունչ է բոլոր կողմերի դիրքորոշումներին, բացի Ադրբեջանից։

4. Հողերի հանձնման, Արցախի «շտապ» կապիտուլյացիայի, խաղաղապահներին վերաբերվող չափազանց հեղինակավոր մեդիա աղբյուրների հրապարակումները չեն հաստատվում։

5. Պատերազմը Ռուսաստանին ձեռնտու չէ, ինչպես նաև ստատուս-կվոյի փոփոխումը։

ՄԵՐ ԱՆԵԼԻՔՆԵՐ.
1. Հասնել խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմի կյանքի կոչմանը, դրան նորանոր կողմնակիցների ներգրավմանը, Ադրբեջանին հասցեական ճնշմանը այս հարցում։

2. Հասնել Ադրբեջանին ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար ճնշմանը ու միջազգային քրեական դատարանում առարկայական վճռին։ Օդի պես անհրաժեշտ է սա։ Ու ինչպես ամեն տեղ աղաղակում են ՄԱԿ 4 բանաձևերը, նույնկերպ պետք է մենք ձեռքբերենք հիմք իրենց ագրեսիան ագրեսիա կոչելու ու հաջորդ քայլերին անցնելու համար։
