Մեծ հաշվով Գարո Փայլանի հայտարարությունն ավելի շատ օգուտ է բերում Թուրքիային, քան մեզ

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կներեք, բայց չեմ հասկանում ո՛չ Ձեր խանդավառությունը Թուրքիայի Մեջլիսի հայազգի պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանի հայտարարության կապակցությամբ, ո՛չ էլ հերթական ողբը՝ «Օբաման չասեց Ցեղասպանություն բառը - 8» բլոքբասթերի վերաբերյալ։
Առաջին դեպքում, գուցե սխալվով, բայց համարում եմ, որ մեծ հաշվով Գարո Փայլանի հայտարարությունն ավելի շատ օգուտ է բերում Թուրքիային, քան մեզ։ Ինչո՞ւ։ Շատ պարզ․ սա կարող է մեկնաբանվել, որպես Թուրքիայում ժողովրդավարության ու խոսքի ազատության բարձր մակարդակի կարկառուն դրսևորում։ Իսկ մեզ ի՞նչ է տալիս․ բացի հիացական բացականչություններից, ոչինչ էլ չի տալիս։
Ընդհանրապես, ինձ համար բավականին տարօրինակ է ունենալ հայկական տարր Քեմալական Թուրքիայի արդիականացված տարբերակ՝ Էրդողանական Թուրքիայում։ Ի՞նչ է, Ցեղասպանության պատասխանատվության ողջ բեռը Օսմանյան կայսրությա՞նն է, թե՞ Քեմալական Թուրքիան էլ, այնուամենայնիվ, իր արյունոտ ավանդն է ունեցել։ Եվ առավել ևս պառլամենտական մակարդակում հայի ընդգրկվածությունը ինձ համար նույնն է, ինչ հայի ընդգրկվածությունը՝ Օսմանյան կայսրության իշխանական մարմնում, եթե այն պահպանվեր որպես քաղաքական սուբյեկտ մինչև մեր օրերը։
Օբամայի կողմից Ցեղասպանությունը չճանաչելու ու նույնիսկ բառը չարտասանելու մեջ առհասարակ ոչ մի զարմանալի, կամ էլ ողբերգական բան չեմ տեսնում։ Մոռացեք, որ ԱՄՆ-ի որևէ նախագահ կանի նման բան, եթե հանկարց՝ ինչ-որ մի հրաշքով, ԱՄՆ-ի շահերը սուր բախման մեջ չմտնեն Թուրքիայի շահերի հետ։ Համենայն դեպս մոտակա հեռանկարում նման ոչ մի զարգացում չի ակնկալվում։
Ժողովուրդ ջան, մեր գերխնդիրը հիմա արդեն լրիվ այլ է ու գտնվում է մեր արևելյան սահմաններին։ Եկեք չփոշիացնենք մեր ռեսուրսները ու կենտրոնանանք Արցախի հարցի վրա։ Իսկ Ցեղասպանությունը պետք է երբեք չմոռանալ ու մտապահել, որպեսզի չմոռանանք մեր պատմությունը, մեր պատմական դասերը ու մեր նախնիներին։ Իսկ նոր ցեղասպանություն բացառելու համար, պետք է լուծել Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրը և լուծումը «փոխզիջումային» չի կարող լինել։
