Բաքվին սթափեցնելու համար այլեւս բավարար չեն կոչերն ու հորդորները, հարկավոր են հստակ քայլեր. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը այսօր հերթական ցինիկ հայտարարությունն է տարածել, որտեղ, ակնհայտ փաստերը գլխիվայր շուռ տալով, փորձում է ապրիլի 2-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ իր կողմից սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների պատասխանատվությունը բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա, ինչի նպատակն է խուսափել գործած ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար պատասխանատվությունից։ Այդ մասին ասվում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։
«Առաջին անգամ չէ, որ Բաքուն ապարդյուն փորձեր է կատարում՝ խեղաթյուրելու ակնհայտ իրականությունը։ Մեր միջազգային գործընկերները եւս շփումների ընթացքում փաստում են, որ, անկասկած, հենց Ադրբեջանն է իրականացրել լայանածավալ հարձակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով, որի հետեւանքով հարյուրավոր մարդիկ են զոհվել եւ վիրավորվել, կատարվել են ռազմական հանցագործություններ։
Հայաստանը խստորեն դատապարտում է 1994թ. մայիսին Ադրբեջանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ զինադադարի մասին անժամկետ եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը կասկածի տակ դնելու Ադրբեջանի ապարդյուն փորձերը, ինչը վտանգավոր քայլ է եւ սպառնում է առավել ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում։ Ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողությունների սանձազերծումը ոչ թե հանգեցնում է զինադադարի համաձայնագրի գործողության դադարեցմանը, այլ բերում է համաձայնագիրը խախտող կողմի պատասխանատվությանը։
Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ, չնայած ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության հովանու ներքո բանակցությունները շարունակելու միջազգային հանրության բոլոր կոչերին, Բաքվի իրական նպատակն է խափանել կարգավորման գործընթացը։ Սրա մասին է վկայում նաեւ այն փաստը, որ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության երկարաշունչ հայտարարության մեջ գեթ մեկ անգամ հղում չկա ոչ միայն Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարների՝ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին, այլեւ ընդհանրապես բացակայում է որեւէ հիշատակում միջնորդության միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ ձեւաչափի՝ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մասին։
Ադրբեջանը փորձում է բանակցությունները ներկայացնել որպես միայն Բաքվին հետաքրքրող հարցերի քննարկման շուրջ մի ինչ-որ գործընթաց։
Ակնհայտ է, որ Բաքվին սթափեցնելու համար այլեւս բավարար չեն կոչերն ու հորդորները, հարկավոր են հստակ քայլեր՝ Ադրբեջանին կարգի հրավիրելու եւ կառուցողական դաշտ բերելու նպատակով»։
