Ադրբեջանից նավթամթերքի արտահանումը խիստ կրճատվել է

Ադրբեջանից նավթամթերքի արտահանման ծավալը 2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ, կրճատվել է 29 տոկոսով, ինչը դրամական արտահայտությամբ կազմում է 57,3 տոկոս:

Այս մասին հայտնում է «Թուրան» լրատվական գործակալությունը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեին: 

Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանում 2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում նավթամթերքի արտադրությունը, անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանում ցուցանիշի հետ համեմատ, 3,5 տոկոսով կամ 622,3 մլն մանաթով կրճատվել է:

6,4 տոկոս անկում գրանցվել է ավտոմոբիլային բենզինի արտադրության մեջ, 10,3 տոկոս` ուղղակի թորված բենզինի, 28,2 տոկոս` դիզելային վառելիքի, 64,3 տոկոս` քսուկային յուղերի, 32,5 տոկոս` նավթբիտումի, 67 տոկոս` նավթային կոքսի արտադրության մեջ:

Ադրբեջանական Պետվիճկոմի տվյալներով` 2016 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում Ադրբեջանից արտահանվել է 85 մլն դոլարի նավթամթերք, ինչը 57,3 տոկոսով քիչ է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանում եղած ցուցանիշից:

Համաշխարհային բանկի կանխատեսմամբ` 2016 թվականին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պարտքի չափը կգերազանցի ՀՆԱ-ի 30 տոկոսը: ՀԲ-ն միջին հեռանկարում Ադրբեջանի ընդհանուր պարտքերի աճ է կանխատեսում:

ՀԲ-ն կանխատեսում է, որ Ադրբեջանի ընդհանուր պարտքերը 2017 թվականին կկազմեն ՀՆԱ-ի 35,6 տոկոսը, 2018 թվականին` ՀՆԱ-ի 54,7 տոկոսը:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարության հայտարարությունների համաձայն` 2016 թվականի սկզբներին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պարտքի ծավալը կազմել է ՀՆԱ-ի 19,8 տոկոսը: Այդ ցուցանիշը 2015 թվականի սկզբներին կազմել էր 8 տոկոս:

2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին պարտքը կազմել էր մոտ 7 մլրդ դոլար:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել են, որ անցյալ տարվանից նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման հետեւանքով ադրբեջանական մանաթի 100 տոկոսով արժերկման պատճառով 2016 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն 40 տոկոսով նվազել է, Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրաշրջանառությունը մոտ կիսով չափ կրճատվել է, Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունն սկսել է արագորեն անկում ապրել, վարկային փոխառուների թիվը հասել է 2,6 մլն մարդու:

Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին:
