152 միլիոն դրամ պետական աջակցություն ՓՄՁ-ներին

Վլադ Կարախանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացումը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի տնտեսության զարգացման գործընթացում: Այս դաշտի կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ է երկարաժամկետ և բազմաֆունկցիոնալ ծրագիր, որը պետք է կիրառվի պետության կողմից:
Նախորդ տարի «Աջակցություն փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտներին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվել են մի շարք բարեփոխումներ: Հազարավոր ՓՄՁ-ներ ստացել են տարբեր տեսակի աջակցություններ: Ոչ պակաս կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքում հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում հայտնաբերել նոր խնդիրներ և հետագայում տալ դրանց ավելի արդյունավետ լուծում: Հատկանշական է,որ ծրագրերի իրականացման զգալի մասը ուղղվում է մարզերում և սահմանամերջ բնակավայրերում գործող ու սկսնակ ՓՄՁ-ներին:
Պետության կողմից ՓՄՁ-ներին աջակցելու այս տարվա ծրագիրը թիրախավորում է մի շարք խնդիրներ:
Մասնավորապես, աջակցություն կստանան սիրիահայ գործարարները, ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտներին կտրվի գործարար ուսուցողական աջակցություն: Կլինի նաև ֆինանսական և տեղեկատվական աջակցություն: Սկսնակ գործարարներին տրվող վարկային աջակցության ժամկետը կսահմանվի 5 տարի, իսկ տոկոսադրույքի շեմը չի անցնի 10 տոկոսից:
Ուշադրության կենտրոնում կլինեն նաև կին ձեռներեցները: Աշխատանքներ կտարվեն տեղական ՓՄՁ-ների միջազգայնականացման, և մրցունակության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ: Միջազգային համագործակցությունը օտարերկրյա դոնոր կազմակերպությունների հետ հնարավորություն կտա իրականացնել համատեղ ծրագրեր:
Սպասվում է, որ ծրագրերի իրականացման համար ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից կհատկացվի 152 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ: Ակնկանլվում է, որ վերը նշված գործընթացների իրականացումը կնպաստի երկրի համախառն ներքին արդյունքում, ինչպես նաև այլ մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշներում ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտների տեսակարար կշռի հետագա ավելացմանը: Մրցունակության բարձրացում ոչ միայն արտաքին, այլ նաև տեղական շուկայում: Դրանից զատ, կարելի է ակնկալել աղքատության նվազում, արտահանման ծավալների ավելացում, նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում, ինչպես նաև մարզային տնտեսական կառույցների ակտիվացում:
