ՓՄՁ-ներին աջակցության ծրագրով մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու մարզերի ձեռնակատերերին

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց «Աջակցություն փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտներին» 2016 թ. ծրագիրը և դրա իրականացման միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցը:

 ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը շարունակական քայլեր է ձեռնարկում՝ ուղղված ՓՄՁ-ի պետական աջակցության և դրա զարգացման ուղղությամբ համապատասխան ծրագրերի  իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև ՓՄՁ-ի զարգացման խոչընդոտների բացահայտմանն ու վերացմանը, շարունակաբար ներդնելով ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտներին աջակցության առավե լ արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ (գործիքներ):

«Ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում ակնկալվում է երկրի համախառն ներքին արդյունքում, ինչպես նաև այլ մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշներում ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտների տեսակարար կշռի հետագա ավելացում, ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտների ֆինանսական և ներդրումային հնարավորությունների ընդլայնում, ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտներում նորարարությունների և ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման հնարավորությունների ընդլայնում: Կընդլայնվեն ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտներին գործարար ուսուցողական, տեղեկատվական և խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների մատուցման հնարավորությունները, ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտների գործու նեության շրջանակները, կբարձրացվեն նրանց մրցունակությունը, կընդլայնվի թողարկվող արտադրանքի (մատուցվող ծառայությունների) տեսականին և կիրականացվի դրանց բազմազանեցում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Մինասյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ծրագրով կապահովվի նոր ապրանքատեսակների արտադրության և ծառայությունների մատուցման քանակական ու որակական աճ և դրանց արտահանման ծավալների ավելացում, կցուցաբերվի սկսնակ գործարարների ձեռներեցությանն աջակցություն, կավելացվեն ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտների թիվը և դրանց հաշվին կստեղծվեն նոր աշխատատեղեր, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ մարզերում: Ծրագիրը նախատեսում է նաև գործարար ակտիվության բարձրացում ՀՀ մարզերում և այդ նպատակով ցուցաբերվող պետական աջակցության շուրջ 90%-ի ուղղորդում այդտեղ գործող և սկսնակ ՓՄՁ-ի սուբյեկտներին, ինչն իր հերթին կնպաստի ցած ր տնտեսական ակտիվությամբ առանձնացող տարածաշրջաններում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության զարգացմանը, երկրում գործազրկության կրճատմանը, հասարակության միջին խավի ձևավորմանը և աղքատության հաղթահարմանը:
