Քաղաքագետը Լավրովի երևանյան առաջիկա այցից լուրջ ակնկալիքներ չունի

Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման առումով լուրջ ակնկալիքներ չունի Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի` Երևան կատարելիք այցից: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետն ընդգծեց, որ սպասել, որ Լավրովի այցից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում լուրջ տեղաշարժեր կլինեն, տեղին չէ: «Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ քաղաքական գործընթացները բավական բազմաբովանդակ են, և տարբեր հարթակներում այս պահին քննարկվում են հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությանը վերաբերող խնդիրներ: Ակնհայտ է, որ ամեն ինչ այդքան արագ և շուտ չի լուծվելու, հետևաբար լուրջ ակնկալիքներ Լավրովի այցից պետք չէ ունենալ»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը:
Որոշակի հստակեցման կարիք կա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում: «Կարծում եմ, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում էլ հստակեցման խնդիր կա: Հայաստանն ակնկալում է Ռուսաստանի հստակ դիրքորոշումը Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների նկատմամբ: Սակայն սրանք խորհրդակցություններ են, որոնք հետագայում, իհարկե կարող են դրական դերակատարում ունենալ ընդհանրապես հիմնահարցի կարգավորման վրա, բայց հիմա այդ ամենը նախապատրաստական փուլում է, և լուրջ ակնկալիքներ պետք չէ ունենալ»,- մանրամասնեց Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ռուսական լրատամիջոցներում վերջին օրերին ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման մասին հրապարակումներին, որոնցում խոսք է գնում ինտենսիվ բանակցային փուլի վերսկսման մասին, որոնց առանցքում լինելու է որոշ տարածքներ զիջելու հարցը՝ քաղաքագետը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ այդ հրապարակումները իրականության հետ կապ չունեն: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ հրապարակումները չեն արտահայտում իրականությունը: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս պահին տեղեկատվական պայքարի գործընթաց է ընթանում և, բացի դրանից, հակամարտությունը թեմա է, որը հետաքրքիր է դրսի համար, և լրատվամիջ ոցները փորձում են այստեղ որոշակի բանիմաց աղբյուրի դերում հանդես գալ: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս պահին բանակցություններ չկան և նաև պարզ է, որ հայկական կողմը չի կարող չփոխել իր դիրքորոշումը Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողություններից հետո: Ես կարծում եմ, որ տարածքներ զիջելու մասին խոսակցություններ իրականում գոյություն չունեն և չեն էլ կարող գոյություն ունենալ, որովհետև ակնհայտ է, որ բանակցային գործընթացում իրավիճակ է փոխվել»,- հավելեց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
Ավարտելով խոսքը՝ քաղաքագետը նկատեց՝ Եթե նախկինում Հայաստանը պատրաստ էր գնալ որոշակի փոխզիջումների հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման համար, ապա Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած վերջին գործողություններից հետո հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը կհամապատասխանեցվի ստեղծված իրավիճակին:
