«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ կապի եւ տրանսպորտի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր ունեցվածքի եւ եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը,որից պարզ է դառնում, որ նախարարը նախորդ տարի չի գնել եւ չի էլ օտարել շարժական ու անշարժ գույք: Նա 2015-ի սկզբին ունեցել է 540 մլն 453 հազար դրամ եւ 92 հազար դոլար, որը տարվա վերջին գրեթե չի փոխվել: Բեգլարյանի նախորդ տարվա միակ եկամուտը գոյացել է աշխատավարձից, որը կազմել է 7,2 մլն դրամ:

Նախարարի 2012 թվականի հայտարարագրից էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա ունի մեկ բնակարան, 1 հողամաս, 4 ընկերությունում 19 մլն 971 հազար 120 դրամ, 30 մլն 745 հազար դրամ, 14 մլն 195 հազար 425 դրամ եւ 18 մլն 52 հազար 500 դրամ արժողությամբ բաժնեմասեր:

Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի կինը՝ Նունե Նիկոլյանը, պարզվում է, ավելի հարուստ է, քան նախարար ամուսինը: Նա նախորդ տարի 9 մլն 600 հազար դրամով ավտոտնակ է գնել: Հարկային տարվա սկզբում ունեցել է 30 մլն դրամ եւ 3 մլն 86 հազար դոլար, որոնք հարկային տարվա վերջում դարձել են 39,2 մլն դրամ եւ 3 մլն 70 հազար դոլար: Բեգլարյանի կնոջ եկամուտները գոյացել են բացառապես վարձակալության դիմաց ստացած վճարներից: Նա նախորդ տարի ստացել է 2,3 մլն դրամ, 9,3 մլն դրամ, 4,9 մլն դրամ, 28 մլն դրամ եւ 2,7 մլն դրամ եկամուտ: Նկատենք, որ Նունե Նիկոլյանը ոչ մի տեղ չի աշխատում:

Նշենք, որգագիկ Բեգլարյանի կնոջ ունեցվածքի մի մասով կարելի է գնել աշխարհում որպես շատ լավ տանկի համբավ ունեցող ռուսական արտադրության T-90 տանկ, որի շուկայական գինը 1,7 մլն դոլար է»:
