Հայտարարվել է Ադրբեջանից եւ Թուրքիայից ԻՊ-ին միացածների թիվը

Ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի West Point կենտրոնի տվյալներով` 2013-2014 թվականներին «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորմանը Ադրբեջանից միացել են 107, Թուրքիայից` 212 քաղաքացիներ:
West Point կենտրոնը հայտնում է, որ նշված ժամանակաշրջանում ամբողջ աշխարհից ԻՊ-ին միացել են 70 ազգությունների 1500 նոր անդամներ, որից 2-ը` Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ:
Նշվում է, որ այդ տարիների ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Հայաստանի ոչ մի քաղաքացի չի միացել ԻՊ-ին:
ԻՊ-ին միացածների միջին տարիքը 26-27 է, կան նաեւ 12-70 տարիքի միացածներ: 18-ից ցածր նոր անդամների թիվն ԻՊ-ում 400 է:
Թուրքիան այլես չի թաքցնում ԻՊ-ի հետ իր համագործակցությունը: Ավելին, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի առաջարկով փետրվարի 27-ից Սիրիայում զինադադարի նախօրեին պաշտպանել է «Ջեբհաթ ան-Նուսրա» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությանը: Զինադադարի առնչությամբ ունեցած ելույթում Էրդողանը դժգոհություն է հայտնել այն բանով, որ «Ջեբհաթ ան-Նուսրա» կազմակերպությունը չի մտցվել զինադադարի պլանի մեջ:
Սիրիայում զինադադարի մասին ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունը չի տարածվում ԻՊ-ի եւ «Ջեբհաթ ան-Նուսրա» կազմակերպությունների վրա:
The Soufan Group հետախուզական կազմակերպության փորձագետների կողմից կազմված վերջին` 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերյան զեկույցում «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման կազմում Իրաքում եւ Սիրիայում կռվող մարտիկների շարքում նշվում են նաեւ Ադրբեջանից ժամանած հարյուրավոր անձինք:
Նշվել էր, որ պաշտոնական տվյալներով` ԻՊ-ի շարքերում 104 ադրբեջանցիներ կան, ոչ պաշտոնական տվյալներով, նրանց թիվը 216 է: Նշվել էր նաեւ, որ Սիրիայից եւ Իրաքից արդեն 49 մարտիկ վերադարձել է Ադրբեջան: Զեկույցում ընդգծվել էր, որ ԻՊ-ի կազմում կռվելու համար Ադրբեջանից ժամանում են հիմնականում Սումգայիթ, Շաբրան, Գուսար քաղաքներից հավաքագրված քաղաքացիներ:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Սիրիայում ապստամբների կողմից նախագահ Բաշար Ասադի դեմ կռվում են 3000-ից ավելի Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ, իսկ Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում ամբողջ պատերազմի ընթացքում ոչնչացվել են 350-ից ավելի ադրբեջանցիներ: 2013 թ-ի մայիսին Սիրիայում կռվող ադրբեջանցիները հանդես էին եկել հերթական տեսադիմումով, որում հայրենակիցներին կոչ էին արել ջիհադ (պատերազմ հանուն հավատի) կատարել Սիրիայում:
