«ՀՀ անշարժ գույքի պետական կադաստրը, ամփոփելով այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում ՀՀ անշարժ գույքի շուկայում արձանագրված միտումները, հանգել է եզրակացության, որ մասնավորապես Երևանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերում բնակարանի մեկ քառակուսի մետրի միջինացված գինը, անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, նվազել է 600 դրամով կամ 02 տոկոսով: Բայց սա՝ դրամով հաշվարկելու դեպքում: Անշարժ գույքը Հայաստանում միշտ էլ գնահատվում է դոլարով: Հաշվի առնելով դրամի արժեզրկումը բնակարանները մեկ տարվա ընթացքում էժանացել են ավելի քան 14 տոկոսով: Ուշագրավ է, որ նույնիսկ բնակարանների այդչափ էժանացման պայմաններում արձանագրվել է առուվաճառքի գործարքների կտրուկ նվազում: Օրինակ Երևանում բնակարանների առուվաճառքի գործարքների թիվը, անցած տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի համեմատ, նվազել է 26.7 տոկոսով: Իսկ Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում բազմաբնակարան շենքերում գտնվող բնակարանների առուվաճառքների թիվը նշված ժամանակահատվածում նվազել է 34.2 տոկոսով: Նույնն է պատկերը անշարժ գույքի մյուս՝ առանձնատների սեգմենտում:

 Չնայած գների կտրուկ անկմանը աոուվաճաոքի գործարքների թիվը նույնպես կտրուկ նվազել է։ Երևանում այդ նվազումը կազմել է 7.9 տոկոս, իսկ մարզերում 22.4 տոկոս: Հիփոթեքային շուկայի վիճակը նույնպես տխուր է: Ըստ կադաստրի հրապարակած տվյալների, Հայաստանում հիփոթեկային գործարքների թիվը այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում եղել է ընդամենը 609: Դրանց մեծագույն մասը կամ 447-ը Երևանում: Անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ հիփոթեկային գործարքների թիվը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, Հայաստանում նվազել 139.2 տոկոսով: Ընդ որում մարզերում նվազել 151.5 տոկոսով, իսկ Երևանում 8.7 տոկոսով: Անշարժ գույքի շուկայում նման իրավիճակ վերջին անգամ գրանցվել է 2009 թվականին համաշխարհային ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի ամիսներին»,–գրում է թերթը։
