«Հայկական ժամանակ». 25 տարվա ընդդիմության կոնսոլիդացման և թեժ աշնան խոստումները

Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողից մի հատված.
«Մի հայտնի անեկդոտ կա: Երկու ընկերով կինո նայելիս են լինում; Ընկերներից մեկը սյուժեի զարգացման պիկին լարվում է, ատամները կրճտացնում, բռունցքները խփում ծնկներին։ Հուզվում է, կարճ ասած կինոյի ընթացքից, հուզվում ֆիլմի հերոսների համար, մտահոգվում նրանց ճակատագրով: Մյուս ընկերը զարմացած նրան է նայում, «էդ ինչի՞ ես պերեժիվատ ըլնում: Էս կինոն իրեք անգամ նայել ենք. տղեն վերջում մեռնում ա»: «Մտածում եմ էս անգամ կարողա չմեռնի»,- պատասխանում է հուզված ընկերը: Հայաստանի ընդդիմության գործողությունները երբեմն այս անեկդոտն են հիշեցնում: Հիմա երբ խոսք է գնում թեժ աշնանը ընդառաջ նոր կոնսոլիդացիա իրականացնելու մասին, ակամա հիշում ես Հայաստանի 25 տարվա պատմությունը: Այդ 25 տարվա ընթացքում ընդդիմությունները կոնսոլիդացվել են, պայքարել, ժողովրդին հանել փողոցներ՝ հաջորդ շաբաթ, հաջորդ ամիս կամ հաջորդ աշուն իշխանափոխություն անելու խոստումով, ձախողվել են, հիասթափեցրել, ցաքուցրիվ եղել: Հիմա, երբ հերթական անգամ հայտարարվում է կոնսոլիդացիայի անհրաժեշտության և հնարավոր իշխանափոխության մասին, միանգամից հարց է ծագում, թե այս նոր կոնսոլիդացիան այդ ի՞նչ վճռական պարամետրով է տարբերվելու նախորդ կոնսոլիդացիաներից, որ չարժանանա նախորդների ճակատագրին: Այսինքն կինոյի կամ սցենարի մեջ ի՞նչն է փոխվել, ո՞ր պարամետրը, որ հիմա հուզված սպասում ենք, որ այն կարող է բոլորովին ուրիշ հանգուցալուծում և արդյունք ունենալ:
Ցանկության դեպքում, իհարկե, կարելի է բազմաթիվ փաստարկներ բերել մտացածին և իրական: Բայց մտացածին թե իրական այսօրվա բոլոր փաստարկները բերվել են նաև նախկինում: Ու հիմա չկա որևէ մի դետալ, որ նորություն լինի Հայաստանի պատմության համար: Նույնիսկ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները և ընդդեմ դրա ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիան: 2005 թվականին դա էլ տեղի ունեցավ, և այդ պայքարն ընդդեմ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի Սահմանադրաթյան դարձավ «Արդարություն» դաշինքի մահվան պատճառը: Բոլոր հիմքերը կան պնդելու, որ սահմանադրական այս հայբուդուրի արդյունքում նորից ընդդիմադիր ուժեր են մահանալու կամ, ավելի ճիշտ, արձանագրվելու է նրանց քաղաքական մահը, որը, փաստացի, վաղուց է տեղի ունեցել»,–գրում է թերթը։
