Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում երկու կողմերն էլ կրեցին, թե՛ նյութական, և թե՛ մարդկային կորուստներ: Առաջացած մի շարք ծախսերը պետությունը վերցրել է իր վրա, սակայն միայն դա այս պարագայում բավարար չէ, քանի որ հարկավոր է աջակցել նաև զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին: Օրերս այդ հարցը բարձաձայնվեց նաև գործադիր մարմնի նիստի ընթացքում: Այլ կերպ ասած. պետք է զոհվածների ընտանիքներին ապահովել մշտական ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ:

Ինչպես գիտենք, պետության կողմից տրվում է մինչև 2 մլն դրամ միանվագ գումար, որը կախված է զինծառայողի զոհվելու իրավիճակից: Դրանից զատ տրվում է գումար հուղարկավորության և գերեզմանի բարեկարգման համար:

Զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքը ապահովագրված է լինում նաև տարերային աղետի հետևանքով սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող գույքի վնասվելու համար, ստանում է աջակցություն, եթե երկարատև հիվանդություն ունի, ինչպես նաև անդամներից մեկի մահվան դեպքում տրվում է 100 հազար դրամ օգնություն: Վերը նշվածը գործում է նաև հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների դեպքում: Բացի դրանից, 1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամներին տրամադրվում է 500 հազար, 2-րդ խմբին՝ 400 հազար, 3-րդ խմբին՝ 300 հազար դրամ միանվագ ահովագրական գումար:

Առկա է նաև աջակցություն կենսաթոշակային տարիքի հասած ընտանիքի անդամների համար: Մասնավորապես բացի ընտանիքին տրվող 30 հազար դրամ կենսաթոշակից, տրվում է նաև նաև լրացուցիչ ևս 31 հազար դրամ:

Գործում են նաև պարգևավճարներ: Զոհված զինծառայողների երեխային վճարվում է 16 հազար դրամ, իսկ ընտանիքի այլ անդամին՝ 13 հազար դրամի պարգևավճար:

Փաստացի, եթե օրինակ զոհված զինծառայողը երկու անչափահաս երեխա ունի և կին, ով խնամում է երեխաներին, ապա կախված զինվորական կոչումից, նրանց ընտանիքների տրվում է ամսական 200-250 հազար դրամ աջակցություն:
