Հրազդանում տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները ելակետային նշանակություն ունեն նոր որակի ընդդիմության ձևավորման համատեքստում:Նիկոլենք Հրազդանում հաղթեցին, բայց ոչ թե քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում, այլ՝ նոր քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորմանը:Վերջապես ՀՀ-ում գտնվեց մի քաղաքական ուժ, որն օբյեկտիվ իրականության հետ հաշվի նստեց և մաքսիմալ ճշգրտությամբ ախտորոշեց իրավիճակը․ առանց «հանցավոր իշխանության խուճապի», առանց դեկլարատիվ ու ոչինչ չասող հայտարարությունների: Վերջիվերջո, քաղաքական դաշտում ֆիքսվեց ամենակարևորը. այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք կաշառվելով ընտրում են իշխանական թեկնածուներին, ոչ թե «խուճապի մեջ գտնվող հանցավոր ռեժիմի» սպասարկուներն են, այլ քաղաքացիներ, որոնց պետք է դարձնել քաղաքական գործընթացի շահառու: Մի կարևոր փաստ ևս արձանագրվեց. բարեխիղճ և թիմային աշխատանքի արդյունքում հնարավոր է տեր կանգնել ստացած քվեներին: Մի խոսքով, Հրազդանում տեղի ունեցածով ՀՀ-ում քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորման համար բավականին լավ նախադրյալներ ստեղծվեցին: Մնում է արդեն այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսով արձանագրած փաստերը դիվերսիֆիկացվեն «ՔՊ»-ի կողմից:
