Հայաստանում մարդիկ անվտանգ են

Արմեն Հովասափյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Աշխարհի 117 երկրների շարքում իր անվտանգ մակարդակով Հայաստանը 25-րդ հորիզոնականում է, իսկ անվտանգության ինդեքսը կազմում է 68,89 տոկոս: Օրերս հրապարակվել է Crime Index For Country 2016 զեկույցը, որտեղ ներկայացված են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում հանցագործության և ապահովության ինդեքսը, որի հիման վրա հասկանալի է դառնում, թե որ երկրներն են աշխարհում առավել անվտանգ և վտանգավոր։
Հայաստանին իրենց ցուցանիշով շատ մոտ են Իսրայելը, Կիպրոսը, Նիդերլանդները, Լեհաստանն ու Իսպանիան։ Անդրկովկասի երկրներից առաջատարը Վրաստանն է, որն զբաղեցնում է 6-րդ հորիզոնականը, իսկ մեր հարավ-արևելյան հարևանը գտնվում է 31-րդ հորիզոնականում:
Հարկ է նշել, որ իրականում ՀՀ դիրքերը նվազել են, 90-ականներին Հայաստանը անվտանգ երկրների առաջին եռյակում էր: Հայաստանը միայնակ տեղաշարժվելու համար անվտանգ և ապահով երկրների շարքում միշտ ունեցել է հաստատուն դիրք: ՀՀ ցանկացած բնակավայրում՝ սկսած մայրաքաղաքից, վերջացրած ծայրմասային համայնք, անվտանգության երաշխիքը բավականին բարձր մակարդակի վրա է:
Հետաքրքրասերների համար նշենք, որ աշխարհում ամենաապահով երկիրը, ըստ այս ցանկի, Հարավային Կորեան է, իսկ ամենավտանգավորը՝ Վենեսուելան: Հետխորհրդային երկրներից ամենավտանգավորը համարվում է Ուկրաինան: Հարկ է նշել, որ անվտանգության մակարդակով Հայաստանին զիջում է հարևան Թուրքիան և ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը:
Ամիսներ առաջ աշխարհառչակ Gallup կազմակերպության կողմից կազմված «Համաշխարհային իրավունք և կարգ-2015» զեկույցում, որտեղ ներկայացված են այն երկրները, որտեղ մարդիկ իրենց առավել ապահով են զգում գիշերը միայնակ քայլելիս, ներառվել է նաև Հայաստանը` զբաղեցնելով պատվավոր երրորդ հորիղոնականը։ Ինդեքսը չափում է մարդկանց անձնական անվտանգության զգացողությունը ողջ աշխարհում, ինչպես նաև՝ նրանց սեփական փորձառություններն իրավապահ մարմինների հետ։
Սա Հայաստանն է, այստեղ դու տանն ես, և կյանքն այստեղ բավականին անվտանգ է:
