Ինչի՞ վրա է ծախսել Ալավերդյանի ընտանիքը 450 հազար դոլարը

Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ նշանակված Արմեն Ալավերդյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր գույքի եւ եկամուտների հայտարարագիրը։ Ըստ հայտարարագրի՝ Ալավերդյանն ունի մեկ բնակարան եւ մեկ ավտոտնակ, ինչպես նաեւ 290 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով փոխառություններ։ Նրա դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել են ինը միլիոն դրամ, իսկ աշխատավարձը՝ մեկ միլիոն 475 հազար դրամ։
Արմեն Ալավերդյանի դեռեւս հունվարին ներկայացրած 2015-ի տարեկան հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ վերջինիս դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարվա սկզբին կազմել են 14 միլիոն դրամ եւ 387 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ արդեն տարեվերջին կտրուկ նվազել՝ դառնալով ինը միլիոն դրամ։ Հետաքրքիր է, որ նրա հայտարարագրում որեւէ թանկարժեք իր գնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալ չկա, եվ անհասկանալի է մնում, թե մոտ 400 հազար ամերիկյան դոլարն ուր է անհայտացել։ Ալավերդյանի եկամուտները գոյացել են ութ միլիոն 708 հազար 140 դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձից եւ ութ միլիոն 907 հազար 997 դրամ փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսից։
Նրա կինը՝ Նարինե Ալավերդյանը, հայտարարագրել է 39 հազար ամերիկյան դոլարի չափով փոխառություններ, չորս միլիոն 36 հազար դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձ եւ մեկ միլիոն 680 հազար դրամ փոխառություններից ստացված տոկոս։ Հատկանշական է, որ նա էլ իր ամուսնու պես նախորդ տարին մեծ ծախսերով է փակել՝ տարեսկզբին եղած ինը միլիոն 800 հազար դրամն ու քսան հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարը տարեվերջին արդեն չկա։ Չկան նաեւ որեւէ նշանակալի գույք ձեռք բերելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ։ Նշենք, որ Արմեն Ալավերդյանը մինչեւ վերջերս՝ 2014-16թթ․, զբաղեցնում էր ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը։ Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ տարբեր տարիների կրկին աշխատել է որպես ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ։
