Հաշմված զինծառայողները կենսաթոշակից բացի ամսական պարգևավճար կստանան

Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ հաշմված անձանց, զինվորական կենսաթոշակից բացի, կտրամադրվի ամսական պարգևավճար: Հաշմանադամության առաջին խմբի դեպքում սպայական անձնակազմի կենսաթոշակն ու պարգևավճարը միասին կկազմեն շուրջ 110 հազար, պայմանագրային զինծառայողներինը` 95 հազար, իսկ ժամկետային զինծառայողներինը` 85 հազար դրամ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտնեցԱշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության ՍԱՊԾ պետիտեղակալ Սմբատ Սաիյանը: «Սպայական անձնակազմի պարագայում ըստ հաշմանդամության առաջին, երկրորդ և երրորդ խմբերի միջին կենսաթոշակը կազմում է համապատասխանաբար 54, 50 և 35- հազարական դրամ: Ի լրումն հաշմանդամության կենսաթոշակի` անձին վճարվում է նաև 55, 48 և 36-հազարական դրամ պարգևավճար`համապատասխան հաշմանդամության կարգի:
Պարգևավճարը կենսաթոշակի հետ տրվող ամենամսյա պարբերական վճարում է: Օրինակ՝ սպայական անձնակազմի հաշմանդամ ճանաչված զինծառայողը, եթե առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամ է, կստանա 54 հազար դրամ կենսաթոշակ և 55 հազար դրամ պարգևավճար, այսինքն` ամսական մոտ 110 հազար դրամ»,-ասաց Սաիյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` պայմանագրային զինծառայողների հաշմանադամության կենսաթոշակի չափն ավելի ցածր է, դա հաշվարկելու համար հիմք է ընդունվում զինծառայողի ստացած աշխատավարձը:
«Իսկ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցնող զինծառայողների համար սահմանված է հաշմանդամության 36, 26 և 18 հազար դրամ կենսաթոշակ և ի լրումն դրա` նրանք կստանան նաև պարգևավճար 55, 48 և 36 հազար դրամի չափով»,-հավելեց պաշտոնյան:
Ինչ վերաբերում է կամավորականներին, ովքեր մասնակցել են ապրիլի 2-ից սկիզբ առած մարտական գործողություններին, զոհվել կամ ստացել ծանր վիրավորում, նրանց ընտանիքները ևս պետք է ներառվեն սոցիալական ապահովության ծրագրերում: «94 թվականից հետո առաջին անգամ մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցեցին նաև կամավորները, այստեղ մի առանձնահատկություն պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ նշված բոլոր երաշխիքները վերաբերում էին միայն զինծառայողներին: Սակայն, վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ, որը պետք է մինչև ապրիլի 20-ը կառավարություն ներկայացնի աÕ �աջարկություններ ապրիլի 1-ին հաջորդած ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների սոցիալական պաշտպանության խնդիրները լուծելու ուղղությամբ: Վստահեցնում եմ, որ սոցիալական պաշտպանության համակարգի տեսանկյունից զոհված կամավորականի ու զոհված զինվորականի ընտանիքի միջև տարբերություններ պետք է չլինեն»,-հավելեց Սմբատ Սաիյանը:
