ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանը նշում Է 70-ամյա հոբելյանը

ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանն ապրիլի 18-ին նշում Է 70-ամյա հոբելյանը: Ատյան, որը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո ստեղծվել Է պետությունների միջեւ վեճերի կարգավորման համար, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Ինչպես լրագրողների հետ կայացած զրույցի ժամանակ նշել Է դատարանի փոխնախագահ եւ դրա դատավոր Աբդուլքավի Ահմեդ Յուսուֆը, ատյանի գլխավոր խնդիրն այն Է, որ հաստատվի խաղաղություն: «Խաղաղությունն այն Է, ինչի համար մենք ստեղծվել ենք,- համոզված Է նա:- Ինչպես հայտնի Է, նախկինում պատերազմը պետությունների միջեւ հակասությունների լուծման եղանակներից մեկն Էր: ՄԱԿ-ի Կանոնադրության ընդունումից հետո պատերազմը հայտարարվել Է օրենքից դուրս, սակայն վեճերը մնում են: Դրանց լուծման համար գոյություն ունեն զանազան միջոցներ. բանակցություններ, միջնորդություն, հաշտեցում, բայց ամենագլխավորը դատական կարգավորումն Է: Հենց դրա համար Էլ ստեղծվել Է այս դատարանը»:
Իր գոյության ամբողջ պատմության ընթացքում ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանն ընդհանուր առմամբ կայացրել Է գրեթե 200 վճիռ: Դրանցից պետություններին են տրվել 121 դատական որոշում եւ շուրջ 50 կարգադրություն: Բացի այդ, ատյանը կայացրել Է ՄԱԿ-ի 27 կոնսուլտատիվ եզրակացություն (ՄԱԿ-ի որոշ ատյաններ իրավունք ունեն դատարանին դիմելու հանձնարարականների համար):
ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանը գտնվում Է Հաագայում: 1946 թվականին այն փոխարինելու Է եկել Միջազգային արդարադատության մշտական պալատին, որն ստեղծվել Էր 1920 թվականին Ազգերի լիգայի հովանու ներքո: Դա ՄԱԿ-ի վեց գլխավոր մարմիններից մեկն Է եւ միակը, որի կենտրոնակայանը Նյու Յորքում չԷ:
Դատարանի հիմնադրման պաշտոնական օրը համարվում Է 1946 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ը, երբ կայացավ առաջին հանդիսավոր նիստը:
ՄԱԿ-ի բոլոր անդամ պետությունները պաշտոնապես ճանաչում են Միջազգային դատարանի գոյությունը: Դատարանի կազմի մեջ են մտնում 15 դատավորներ, որոնք ընտրվում են ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի եւ Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից: Դատավորների լիազորությունների ժամկետն 9 տարի Է՝ վերընտրման հնարավորությամբ: Ներկայում դատարանի նախագահն Է Ռոնի Աբրահամը Ֆրանսիայից: 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերին դատարանի կազմում ընտրվել Է Ռուսաստանը ներկայացնող Կիրիլ Գեւորգյանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
