Հայկ Համբարձումյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հրազդանում ապրիլի 17-ին կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքների արդյունքում քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում կրկին վերընտրվեց Արամ Դանիելյանը:

Սա Արամ Դանիելյան-Սասուն Միքայելյան արդեն երկրորդ դիմակայությունն էր՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև 4 տարի վաղեմության նախորդ ընտրությունը:

Եթե համեմատության մեջ դիտարկենք այս երկու ընտրությունները, ապա այս անգամ միջադեպերն ակնհայտ նվազել էին, ինչը դեռ չի խոսում ընտրությունների հարթ ընթացքի մասին:
Անկեղծ լինենք. չկային տեսանյութեր, լուսանկարներ, որոնք ակնհայտ խոսում էին մասշտաբային կեղծիքների մասին. եթե կային էլ, ապա դրանց տակ լուրջ հիմնավորումներ դրված չէ, ինչը Դանիելյանին չի խանգարի շարունակելու իր գործունեությունը:

Մեկ հանգամանք վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման մասին: Հիմնական մեղադրանքը իշխանությանը հնչում էր հենց այս մասով: Օրինակ՝ տեսանյութերով նկատելի էր Ջրայինի պետ Արամ Հարությունյանի ներկայությունը, ով ՀՀԿ կոտայքի մարզային կառույցի ղեկավարն էր և նորմալ էր նրա ներկայությունը Հրազդանում, մանավանդ, երբ ընտրությունը ոչ աշխատանքային օր էր կամ Արմեն Աշոտյանի ակտիվությունը, ով ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահն է և կուսակցական աշխատանքներում լուրջ դերակատարություն ունի:

Հասկանալի է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն մոբիլիզացրել էր իր ռեսուրսը և ցանկանում էր ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների այս շրջափուլում հաղթանակների հասներ, մանավանդ, որ առջևում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են, դրա մեջ ոչ մի կրիմինալ բան չկա, նույն կերպ վարվել էր նաև Սասունը՝ մոբիլիզացնելով իր կուսակցության թիմը՝ Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի ընդգծված դեմքերով:

Իրականում Հրազդանում տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններն ամենաանկանխատեսելին էին, որովհետև հիմնական երկու թեկնածուները բավականին ուժեղ էին, սակայն ունենք այն ինչ ունենք:
