Հրազդանում ու, համոզված եմ, երեկ նաև Հայաստանի այլ բնակավայրերում տեղի ունեցած տեղական ինքնակառավարման ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին մեր իրականության գարշանքն ու ողբերգությունը:
Հրազդանում տեղի ունեցածը մի քանի բան ցույց տվեց
1.Հայաստանում ընտրական գործընթացները այլևս բռնաբարված են
2.Բռնաբարության այդ ակտին մասնակցում են երկու կողմերն էլ՝ բռնաբարողը՝ իշխանությունը, իր փողի քսակով և բռնաբարվողը՝ հասարակությաունը, կամ նրա մի զգալի մասը՝ իր հոտային մտածելակերպով ու հոժար կամքով, ընդ որում, եթե առաջինի համար հաճույքը երկարաժամկետ է՝ առնվազն 5 տարվա կտրվածքով, ապա երկրորդի համար՝ խիստ կարճաժամկետ, երբ կվերջանա վերցրած 10 կամ 20 հազր դրամ ընտրակաշառքը:
Տեղի ունեցացը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ ազատ, արդար, անկաշառ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասին իշխանության բոլոր հավաստիացումները սին են : Այս ամենը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ մենք ունենք ոչ թե իշխանություն, այլ աթոռ գնողների մի ամբողջ պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակ, քանզի,
ՀԱՐՑ՝ ինչպես կարող է մի քաղաքի գործող քաղաքապետը նորից վերընտրվել, երբ տվյալ քաղաքի փողոցները ավելի վատն են, քան Ստալինգրադինը հիտլերյան ռմբակոծությունից հետո, երբ 5 մուտք ունեցող բազմաբնակարանայինում միայն մեկ վերելակ է աշխատում, երբ 14 հարկանի շենքի բնակիչները ստիպված բարձրանում են վերջին հարկ, ապա ոտքով իջնում, քանի որ վերելակը միայն 14-րդ հարկ է բարձրանում, երբ մայրաքաղաքից 40 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող, տուրիստական մի քանի բնակավայրերով շրջապատված քաղաքը ամենավերջին չքավորության մեջ է....
ՊԱՏԱՍԽԱՆ՝... հնարավոր է միայն ՓՈՂԻ զորությամբ...
Հ.Գ. Այս ամենի մեջ, թերևս, ամենաողբերգականն այն է, որ մենք այսօր ունենք ոչ թե հասարակություն, այլ հոտային մտածելակերպով քաղաքացիների զանգված (թող ներեն ինձ բոլոր այլ կերպ մտածող ու գործողները), քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր այդպես էլ չգիտակցեցին բիզնեսի ամենատարրական կանոնը, որ նրանք ովքեր այսօր գումար են ներդնում իրենց ձայնը գնելու համար, վաղը՝ նույն այդ բիզնեսի տարրական կանոններով գումաը ետ են ստամում՝ շահույթով հանդերձ: Ետ է ստանում քաղաքացու ու պետության միջոցների հաշվին՝ չասվատապատված փողոցների, չվերանորոգված վերելակների, չկառուցապատված զբոսայգու, չկատարբած բյուջեի...հաշվին, ու մեծ հաշվով, պետական այն միջոցների հաշվին, որոնք այնքան սուղ են, որ մենք 21-րդ դարում թշնամու հետ կռվում ենք 80-ականների զենքով:
