Թուրքիան հրաժարվում է դեսպան հետ կանչելու քաղաքականությունից: Այս մասին նշել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ միգուցե միգուցե Թուրքիայում վերջապես հասկացել են, որ նման գործելաոճով շուտով գործող դեսպան չեն ունենալու:
Ստորեւ ներկայացնում ենք Նաիրա Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունը.
«2015թ. աննախադեպ էր Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման տեսանկյունից, եւ պատճառը ոչ միայն անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակի ոգեկոչման հարյուրամյակն էր, այդ առթիվ կազմակերպված միջոցառումները, այլ նաեւ` ամենատարբեր ճակատներում կատարված մեծածավալ եւ քրտնաջան աշխատանքը:
Օրերս Բելգիայի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից ընդունված բանաձեւը նախարար Նալբանդյանի գնահատականներով դարձավ այդ երկրի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ամբողջական ճանաչման ազդարարը, որը նաեւ շարունակությունը դարձավ եվրոպական թատերաբեմում ձեռք բերված հաջողությունների: Իհարկե ապրիլի 15-ին Եվրոպական խոհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի վճռական բանաձեւը ոչ միայն սրբագրեց 1987թ. նույն մարմնի կողմից ընդունված բանաձեւը՝ հաշվի առնելով նոր իրողությունները, այլ նաեւ խթանեց Եվրոպական տարբեր պետություններում, այդ թվում նաեւ` Բելգիայում, Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացը։
Դրանց հաջորդեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը նաեւ Լյուքսեմբուրգի խորհրդարանի կողմից, եւ հատկանշականն այն է, որ ճանաչումը տեղի ունեցավ խորհրդարանում ներկայացված բոլոր՝ իշխանական եւ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի միաձայն կողմ քվեարկությամբ:
Գործընթացը նոր թափ եւ որակ ստացավ Բելգիայում, ուր վարչապետ Շառլ Միշելը միանշանակ հայտարարեց, որ իր երկրի դիրքորոշումը ցեղասպանության հարցում հստակ է, եւ այդտեղ չի կարող երկիմաստություն լինել։ Դրան հաջորդեց Բելգիայի խորհրդարանի գրեթե միաձայն ընդունված բանաձեւը, որը, կոչ անելով Թուրքիային առերեսվել սեփական պատմությանը եւ ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, մերժում է ժխտողականությունը։
Նույնիսկ անզեն աչքով պարզ է դառնում այն դրական տեղաշարժը, որն արձանագրել է հայկական դիվանագիտությունը Բրյուսելի պես կարեւոր քաղաքական կենտրոնում։ Այս ամենը հայկական դիվանագիտության, Բրյուսելում ՀՀ դեսպանության, լոբբիստական կազմակերպությունների համատեղ եւ հետեւողական աշխատանքի արդյունք է, ինչն առանձին դրվատանքի է արժանի։ Վերջին մեկ տարվա դիվանագիտական հաջողությունները կոտրում են այն բոլոր կարծրատիպերն, իբր փոքր պետություններն ունակ չեն մրցակցելու եւ հաջողելու ավելի ուժեղ եւ հարուստ երկրների նկատմամբ:
Հատկանշական է նաեւ, որ Բելգիայի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումից հետո Թուրքիան, որն ամեն անգամ որեւէ երկրի կողմից ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ժամանակ հետ էր կանչում իր դեսպանին, այս անգամ որոշեց ձեռնպահ մնալ նման քայլից. միգուցե վերջապես հասկացավ, որ նման գործելաոճով շուտով գործող դեսպան չի ունենա: Ուստի խոհեմ էր դեսպան հետ կանչելու վարքագծից հրաժարումը։ Սա նաեւ կարեւոր ազդակ է այն երկրներին, որոնք պատրաստվում են Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը»:
