Բրազիլիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը պաշտպանեց նախագահ Ռուսեֆի պաշտոնազրկումը

Բրազիլիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը ապրիլի 17-ին հանդես է եկել երկրի նախագահ Դիլմա Ռուսեֆի նկատմամբ իմպիչմենտի օգտին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ նախաձեռնության կողմնակիցները կարողացել են ապահովել պատգամավորների երկու երրորդի աջակցությունը, ինչն անհրաժեշտ է դրա ընդունման համար:
Այժմ պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնանկության հարցը կդրվի Սենատի՝ խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի քննարկմանը: Այնտեղ այն պաշտպանելու համար պահանջվում է ձայների պարզ մեծամասնությունը: Եթե սենատորների 50 տոկոսից ավելին հավանություն տա Ռուսեֆի նկատմամբ իմպիչմենտի գործընթացի սկսվելուն, նա պաշտոնը կթողնի 180 օրով, որի ընթացքում խորհրդարանականները կքննեն նրա գործը: Այդ շրջանում երկիրը կգլխավորի փոխնախագահ Միշել Տեմերը: Եթե սենատորները չհամաձայնեն նախագահի պաշտոնազրկման նախաձեռնողների փաստարկներին, նա կվերադառնա իր պարտականությունների կատարմանը : Հակառակ դեպքում Տեմերը պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում կմնա մինչեւ 2018 թվականի ընտրությունները:
Խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատում քվեարկությունն ընթացել է Ռուսեֆի ինչպես կողմնակիցների, այնպես էլ հակառակորդների բազմահազարանոց ակցիաների ֆոնին, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել երկրի գրեթե բոլոր տարածաշրջաններում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
