Ապրիլի սկզբին Արցախյան հակամարտության շրջանակներում արձանագրված սրացումների վերաբերյալ, ռազմական գործողությունների առանձին մանրամասների մասին խոսելիս, և՛ պաշտոնական մակարդակում, և՛ փորձագիտական ու լրագրողական հարթություններում պետք է հնարավորինս բանական և զգույշ լինել՝ հատկապես առանձին արտահայտություններ և ձևակերպումներ գործածելիս. խոսքը ոչ միայն ռազմական եզրաբանությանն է վերաբերում:
Պարզ օրինակ, ճիշտ չէ կիրառել՝ «ադրբեջանական կողմն Արցախի ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների դեմ դուրս է բերել իսլամիստների» արտահայտությունը. իսկ ինչու՞ ճիշտ չէ, որովհետև նման կերպով շատ մեծ հաճոյախոսություն ենք շռայլում մեր թշնամուն: Բաքվի վարչակարգն ապիկար է անգամ նորմալ բանակ պահելու հարցում (միլիարդավոր դոլարների հասնող սպառազինությունների գնումները դեռ չի նշանակում բանակ պահել, անգամ ամենամահաբեր զենքի արդյունքը կարող է զրոյական լինել, եթե այն կիրառողը չի տիրապետում դրան), ուր մնաց անհրաժեշտ կարողություն ու հնարավորություն ունենար՝ զինյալներ հավաքագրելու, գործուղելու, օգտագործելու…
Նման գործելաոճն ընդունված է Ադրբեջանի ավագ եղբոր՝ Թուրքիայի մոտ: Թուրքական իշխանութունները, միջամտություն իրականացնելով տարբեր հակամարտություններում, սեփական հովանու ներքո գտնվող տարբեր ծագումով զինյալների, վարձկանների խմբերը ներդնում են առանձին խմբավորումների կազմում, իսկ ըստ անհրաժեշտության, դրանք տեղափոխում են մի ճակատից մյուսը: Մոտավորապես նույն սցենարն էլ աշխատել է ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում, որտեղ գործել են հիմնականում Սիրիայից Ադրբեջան գործուղղված վարձկանների խմբերը և որանցից շատերն այլևս երբեք Սիրիա չեն վերադառնա, քանի որ ոչնչացվել են ԼՂՀ զինուժի կողմից:
Եվ ուրեմն, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին վարձկանների թեմային անդրադառնալիս, ճիշտ կլինի կիրառել հետևյալ ձևակերպումը՝ «ադրբեջանական կողմն Արցախի ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների դեմ դուրս է բերել ԹՈՒՐՔԻԱՅԻ ԿՈՂՄԻՑ ՏՐԱՄԱԴՐՎԱԾ իսլամականների խմբերին»: Իսկ այս միտքը շատ ավելի գրագետ և թիրախավորված վերնագրային ձևակերպմամբ ներկայացրել է ֆրանսիական Le Figaro պարբերականը՝ «Անկարայի ստվերը Ղարաբաղի վրա»…
