«Երեկ առավոտից ռուսական ռուբլին սկսեց կտրուկ արժեզրկվել և արդեն օրվա վերջին հատեց մեկ դոլարը 60 ռուբլու սահմանագիծը: Այս տարվա հունվարից սկսած սա ռուսական ռուբլու փոխարժեքի առաջին նման կտրուկ տատանումն էր: Վերջին ամիսներին ռուսական ռուբլու փոխարժեքը բավական կայունացել էր և տատանվում էր մեկ դոլարը 55-ից 57 ռուբլու սահմաններում: Տնտեսագետները չեն բացառում, որ ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկումը կարող է շարունակվել:
Իհարկե, առաջիկա օրերին կպարզվի, թե իրադարձություններն ինչ սցենարով կզարգանան՝ՌԴ կենտրոնական բանկին կհաջողվի՞ իրավիճակը կայունացնել, թե՞ անցած տարվա վերջի պես տեղի կունենա ռուբլու քաոսային արժեզրկում: Բայց ստեղծված իրավիճակում շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի ՀՀ ԿԲ–ն պատրաստ լինի իրադարձությունների վատագույն զարգացման հնարավոր սցենարին, և բացառվի հայկական դրամի կտրուկ ու անվերահսկելի արժեզրկումը, ինչպես անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին: Ի դեպ, այդ արժեզրկման արդյունքում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում քաոսային վիճակ էր ստեղծվել»,–գրում է թերթը։
