Վարկային համաձայնագրով Հայաստանին տրամադրվող զենքերի մատակարարման համար ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են տարվում

 Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարություններն ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում 200 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանին վաճառվող զենքի մատակարարումն իրականացնելու համար: «Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն իրականացվում են կոնկրետ աշխատանքներ այդ վարկային համաձայնագրով նախատեսված սպառազինության ձեռք բերման համար: Այս պահին որոշակի զինատեսակներ ձեռք են բերվել, բայց դրանք ամբողջական ցանկով չէ, որ տրամադրվել են: Երկու պետությունների պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունները ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում, և, կարծում եմ, որ մոտակա ժամանակահատվածում կլուծվեն այդ խնդիրները, որոնք նախատեսված են վարկային համաձայնագրով ամբողջական սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նահապետյանը:

Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության և ներքին գործերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի ու ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի համատեղ նիստի ընթացքում ծավալվող քննարկումներին՝ Նահապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ բավականին բուռն քննարկումներ են ընթանում: «Տարբեր տեսակետներ են հնչել, և այդ տեսակետների բազմազանության պայմաններում մենք պետք է կարողանանք գտնել այն ռացիոնալը, որը միավորելու է բոլոր խորհրդարանականներին: Եվ հիմնական նպատակն է, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք այդ կարծիքների փոխանակման ընթացքում մշակել և իրականացնել կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, գործնական քայլեր, և խորհրդարանականները կարողանան իրենց նպաստը բերել, որպեսզի ստեղծված այս իրավիճակում կարողանանք ճիշտ ելքեր գտնել»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը:

Նա հավաստիացրեց, որ նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են որոշ գաղափարներ՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակում ճիշտ ելքեր գտնելու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ ռուս գործընկերների մոտ եղել է պատրաստակամություն բարձրացված հարցերը որոշակի ասպեկտներով քննարկման առարկա դարձնել ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովում:

Կորյուն Նահապետյանը նաև նկատեց, որ ինքը նիստի մեկնարկին ռուս գործընկերներին առաջարկել է միասին այցելել Արցախ և տեղում տեսնել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքները, սակայն նրանց կողմից արձագանք առայժմ չկա:
