Արտյոմ Տոնոյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
«Իսլամական համագործակցություն» կազմակերպության հերթական 13-րդ գագաթնաժողովը ևս բազմաթիվ հարցերով ձևական բնույթ է կրում, և խորքային փոխըմբռնումներ և համագործակցության ընդլայնում սրա արդյունքում այս անգամ էլ չի սպասվում:
Եթե հին աշխարհում նացիոնալիզմը հազվադեպ և ոչ տիպիկ երևույթ էր, ապա նոր աշխարհում հատկապես արևելյան կիսագնդում դա ունի ամուր դիրքեր, և փորձել համախմբվել կրոնի դրոշի տակ և դրանով լուծել որոշակի հարցեր 21-րդ դարում բավական դժվար է, եթե չասենք, որ անհնար է:
Դրա լավագույն ապացույցը երեկվա գագաթնաժողովն էր, որի նույնիսկ ձևականության քողը զերծ չպահեց որոշ պետությունների հերթական լարումից:
Բոլոր իրանական լրատվամիջոցները երեկ հայտնեցին այն մասին, որ գագաթնաժողովի բացման ելույթի տեքստում եղել է հակաիրանական 4 կետ, որը տեքստից դուրս է թողնվել միայն ԻԻՀ արտաքին գործոց նախարար Զարիֆի ջանքերով:
Բացի այդ, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի և Իրանի հարաբերություններում այս գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում որևէ փոփոխություն չի գրանցվի: Նույնիսկ երկու կողմերի առանձին հանդիպում տեղի չի ունեցել և չի էլ սպասվում: Այս մասին հայտնել է ԻԻՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի օգնական Աբաս Արաղչին. «Մեր և Սաուդյան Արաբիայի միջև որևէ հանդիպում տեղի չի ունեցել ո՛չ նախարարների, ո՛չ էլ նախագահների մակարդակով: Մենք ի սկզբանե որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չենք էլ ունեցել: Մեր և Սաուդյան Արաբիայի խնդիրը կապ չունի հանդիպել-չհանդիպելու հետ: Այստեղ խնդիր կա սխալ քաղաքականության, և Սաուդյան Արաբիան պետք է վերափոխի իր քաղաքականությունը, որպեսզի երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության հնարավորություն ստեղծվի»:
Միակ հարցը, որի շուրջ կարող են այս գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցող պետությունները համատեղ քննարկել և տարակարծություններ չունենալ, թերևս միայն Պաղեստինի հարցն է:
