Աուդիտորի որակավորման քննություններին մասնակցելու պահանջները կրճատվեցին

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «Աուդիտորական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին:Օրենսդրության կարգավորման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արմեն Եղիազարյանը կառավարության նիստում նշեց, որ առաջարկվող կարգավորման նպատակն աուդիտորական գործունեության ոլորտի կատարելագործումն է, մասնավորապես աուդիտորների որակավորման քննությունների մատչելիության ապահովումը, լիցենզավորման պահանջների մեղմացումը, մասնագիտացված կառույցի հավատարմագրման և գործունեության կանոնակարգումը:
«Առաջարկվում է վերացնել կրթությանը, մասնագիտությանը և փորձին վերաբերող պահանջները աուդիտորի որակավորման քննություններին մասնակցելու համար և պահպանել դրանք միայն վկայական ստանալու համար: Աուդիտ իրականացնող անձանց լիցենզավորման գործընթացում էլ նախատեսվում է վերացնել ընկերության տնօրենին ներկայացվող պահանջները և սպառիչ թվարկել լիցենզիա տալը մերժելու հիմքերը: Առաջարկվում է նաև կանոնակարգել մասնագիտացված կառույցի հավատարմագրման գործընթացը, վերահսկողությունը և պատասխանատվությունը օրենքը խախտելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Եղիազարյանը:
Բացի այդ, նախատեսվում է լիազորված մարմնին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել ոչ միայն լիցենզիայի պահանջները խախտվելու, այլ նաև փոփոխվելու դեպքում (միաժամանակ թեթևացնելով լիցենզիա ստանալուց ներկայացվող տեղեկատվության ծավալը): «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրինագծի կարգավորման նպատակը ֆիզիկական անձանց համար աուդիտորական գործունեության լիցենզիայի համար սահմանված պետական տուրքի վերացումն է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ֆիզիկական անձը չի կարող զբաղվել աուդիտորական գործունեությամբ և, հետևաբար, լիցեն զիա ստանալ:
