Ջրամատակարարման համակարգերը 2016-ի հունիսի 1-ից վարձակալությամբ կփոխանցվեն մեկ կառավարչի

ՀՀ կառավարության, միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ և միջազգային խորհրդատուների ներգրավմամբ Հայաստանի խմելու ջրի ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ոլորտում իրականացվում են երկրորդ սերնդի բարեփոխումներ, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել է ՀՀ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը:
«Այս ոլորտում պետական-մասնավոր գործընկերության խորացմանն ուղղված ռազմավարության արդյունքում սահմանվել է, որ հանրապետությունում գործող 5 ջրամատակարար ընկերությունների կողմից օգտագործվող ջրային համակարգերը 2016 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից նախատեսված է վարձակալությամբ փոխանցել մեկ կառավարչի` մեկ միասնական սակագնով և 15 տարի ժամկետով»,– ասել է նա:
«Խմելու ջրի ոլորտի բարեփոխումների արդյունքում ակնկալվում է ապահովել կայուն, հուսալի և անվտանգ ջրամատակարարում, անխափան ջրահեռացում, հիդրոտեխնիկական կառուցվածքների արդիականացում, ջրի արդյունավետ օգտագործում, բնապահպանական խնդիրների լուծում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ ասել է նա` հավելելով, որ միասնական օպերատորի աշխատանքներին աջակցելու նպատակ վ ընտրվել է համապատասխան խորհրդատվական կազմակերպություն («Fichtner» ընկերությունը), որն իր աշխատանքները կսկսի օգոստոսի առաջին տասնօրյակում:
Նա նշել է, որ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում նաև ջրամատակարար կազմակերպությունների սպասարկման տարածքից դուրս գտնվող որոշ համայնքներում ջրամատակարարման բարելավման ուղղություններով:
«Ներկա դրությամբ՝ արդեն կառուցվել և շահագործման են հանձնվել կոյուղու մաքրման կայաններ Գավառ, Մարտունի, Վարդենիս, Ջերմուկ և Դիլիջան քաղաքներում, ինչպես նաև ընթացքի մեջ են Երևանի «Աէրացիա» մաքրման կայանի վերականգնման աշխատնքները: Կոյուղու մաքրման կայաններ նախատեսվում են կառուցել նաև Արմավիր և Սևան քաղաքներում»,- հայտնեց Արամ Հարությունյանը:
