Ճապոնիայում առնվազն ինը մարդ է զոհվել ուժգին երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով

6,5 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժից տուժած Ճապոնիայի Կյուսյու կղզու բնակիչները հերթեր են կանգնում ջրի ու սննդի համար: Ըստ վերջին տվյալների՝ տարերքի հարվածի զոհ է դարձել ինը մարդ, հիվանդանոցներ են տեղափոխվել գրեթե հազար բնակիչներ: Առավել մեծ վնաս է գրանցվել Մասիկի ավանում, որտեղ փլվել են տասնյակ շենքեր: Այստեղ փրկարարական աշխատանքներին մասնակցում են ինքնապաշտպանության ուժերի շուրջ 5 հազար զինծառայողներ, ոստիկաններ, հրշեջներ ու փրկարարներ, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Պայթյուններն ու հրդեհները կանխելու համար իշխանությունները դադարեցրել են գազի մատակարարումը շուրջ 4,5 հազար տների, ուստի բնակիչները պարզապես չեն կարողանում իրենց համար կերակուր պատրաստել: Այստեղ ժամանած զինծառայողները ծավալել են դաշտային խոհանոցներ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Կյուսյուում տարհանվել է 44 հազար 449 մարդ: Մոտավորապես 14,5 հազար տներ մնում են առանց էլեկտրականության, եւս 25 հազարն՝ առանց ջրի:
Ապրիլի 14-ին տեղի ունեցած հզոր երկրաշարժն արդեն պաշտոնապես անվանել են Կումամոտոյի երկրաշարժ, քանի որ դրա էպիկենտրոնը գտնվում էր համանուն պրեֆեկտուրայում: Ամենաուժեղ ցնցմանը հաջորդել են 3,3-ից մինչեւ 6,4 մագնիտուդով 120-ից ավելի հետցնցումներ:
Ստորգետնյա ցնցումների ուժգնության գնահատման ճապոնական սանդղակի համաձայն՝ երկրաշարժը ամենաուժգինն է եղել 2011 թվականի մարտի 11-ից հետո, երբ 9,0 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժին հաջորդեց ավերիչ ցունամին: Ստորգետնյա ցնցումները շարունակվում են նաեւ այժմ, սակայն դրանց մագնիտուդն աստիճանաբար թուլանում է:
Երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով խախտվել է երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքը: Այսպես, մինչ այժմ Կյուսյուում ամբողջովին դադարեցված է «սինկանսեն» արագընթաց գնացքների երթեւեկությունը: Ուղեգծերից մեկում կանգնած է մի գնացք, որի վագոնները ռելսերից դուրս էին ընկել դեռ նախօրյակին:
Սահմանափակված է երթեւեկությունը նաեւ արագընթաց ավտոմոբիլային մայրուղիներում: Առանձին տեղամասերում տեղի է ունեցել ճանապարհային պաստառի փլուզում:
6,5 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժի էպիկենտրոնը գտնվում էր Կումամոտո պրեֆեկտուրայում, տարերքի օջախը 10 կիլոմետր խորության վրա էր: Երկրի օդերեւութաբանական գործակալությունն սկզբնապես ցունամիի սպառնալիք էր հայտարարել, բայց ավելի ուշ չեղարկել էր այն, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
