Սիրելի ընթերցողնե՛ր, կան հիվանդություններ, որոնք ավելի հաճախ գլուխ են բարձրացնում պատերազմական ժամանակահատվածում: Ավելորդ չի խոսել այդ հիվանդությունների մասին. իրազեկված լինելը կարող է նաև պաշտպանել հիվանդանալուց: Եվ այսպես, առաջին հիվանդությունը, որի մասին կուզեմ խոսել, Տուլարեմիան է: Մյուս հիվանդությունների մասին կարող եք տեղեկանալ հաջորդ հրապարակումներում:

Տուլարեմիան զոոնոզ՝ կենդանիներից մարդուն փոխանցվող հիվանդություն է, որը ունի բնական օջախայնություն: Բնորոշվում է թունավորումով, տենդով, լիմֆատիկ հանգույցների ախտահարումներով: Հիվանդության հարուցիչն է Francisella tularensis մանր մանրէն: Այս հիվանդության հարուցիչը օգտագործում են նաև որպես կենսաբանական զենք: Միանգամից նշեմ, որ մինչև 60 °C տաքացնելու դեպքում հարուցիչը մահանում է 5-10 րոպեի ընթացքում, իսկ եռացնելուց՝ անմիջապես: Հարուցչի կրողներն են կրծողները՝ նապաստակները, ճագարները, ջրային առնետները, դաշտամկները և այլն:

Մարդը վարակվում է հիվանդության կրողների հետ անմիջական շփման, կամ ախտահարված սնունդի, ջրի միջոցով, հազվագյուտ նաև ասպիրացիոն եղանակով, հատիկավորների մշակման, ալյուրի աղացման դեպքում և արունածուծ հոդվածոտանիների միջոցով (ճանճեր, տզեր, մոծակներ): Պատերազմական ժամանակաշրջանում կա վտանգ, որ հացահատիկի արտերը, կմնան առանց հացահատիկի բերքը հավաքելու, ինչը իր հերթին հանդիսանում է մկների և այլ կրծողների ինտենսիվ զարգացաման պատճառ: Կրծողների թվաքանակի ավելացումը կարող է բերել հիվանդության տարածմանը: Հիվանդության աղբյուր կարող են լինել նաև սատկած կրծողների դիերը:

Հետևաբար, խորհուրդ է տրվում չշփվել կրծողների հետ, ճագարի որս անելու դեպքում մորթը իրականացնել միայն ձեռնոցներով: Հացահատիկ մշակելիս կրել դիմակներ: Եվ կատարել մոծակների դեմ համապատասխան մշակումներ:
